Can 4 days of eating junk food make me fat?

you will definetly feel bloated and wish you didn't ate so much junk food. but once you hit that treadmill for a couple more days, you'll feel fit, just don't get the 800 calorie double cheeseburger with the large coke. if you have to eat junk food, try getting the healthiest, and 4 days or even a week of junk food everyday won't make you fat.

Ive stared to eat fast food everyday now im on like my 5th day

So what i mostly eat is McDonald's kfc or taco bell or burger king

but like all get McDonald's for breakfast and all get Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit

2 or 3 hash browns and 2 cokes

but like yesterday

for breakfast i went to McDonald's i got Southern Style Chicken Biscuit

3 hash browns and 2 cokes

and it so good

but like for lunch all mostly get kfc and all get
big box meal then another side order of mac&cheese
then for dinner all ether choose bk or taco bell

at bk all get the triple whopper with cheese meal large onion rings large coke and then a medium fries

and at taco bell all get 3 or 4 soft tacos two nacho and cheese and a mexican pizza

plus 2 cherry pepsi to drink

and sometimes CRISPY POTATO SOFT TACO


but since we have 24 hour drive threw at mcdonalds andMcDonald'sl open til 3am where i live

all i always go to mcdonalds andMcDonald'schicken ranch snack wraps large fries large coke and 1 hot fudge sundae

im not obese by anymeans or oany meanst i just want fast food all the time

and i already have a heart problem if i keep this everyday what could happen

and yes ive seen the movie super size me like 12 times

but what could happen im 18 years old 5 foot 1

110 pounds right now

First of all this has nothing to do with me. I eat a healthy diet, but I'm just worried about my friends' health. They eat pizza, brownies, and soda 5 days a week. Idk what they eat on the weekend. If they continue to do this, what will happen to them?
