As a recovering heroin addict, I can tell you when I used one bag after 30 days clean, I dropped dirty a week later. Odds are you will test positive, but it depends on how high your daily usage was and your metabolism. I was using 3 to 4 grams a day prior to my 30 days clean, and because I had pretty much quit eating my metabolism was slow. My best advice would be to drink a lot of water. A dirty test was a turning point for me. I had been kicked out of rehab, I was on probation and I was using daily. I ended up violating probation for a positive test. It usually takes anywhere from 3-5 days , depending on your own body and how well your liver is functioning. A good liver will / should flush out the heroin within 3 days, maybe 4.
