How do you get rid of a lip tattoo?
My boyfriend got a very, derigotory and offensive word tattooed on the inside of his lip and I want it gone... We're trying to avoid getting it blacked out if at all possible. I heard lip tattoos fade in a few years but I'm not waiting that long. (so I'm sure you can imagine how bad the word really is.) don't ask me why he did it.... I have no idea. All I want to know is any answers or ideas on how to get rid of it. HELP! thanks
How can I get rid of a new tattoo?
By far the best way to remove a tattoo is through professional laser removal. It normally takes from 6–12 sessions to have a tattoo removed by laser.A few things to think about:Your tattoo would need to be fully healed before you can start the laser treatment. You still need to look after it while it’s healing, as you want the ink to remain as stable as possible for the laser to work efficiently. So no scratching, no soaking for the first 48 hours, no going in the sun without suncream and so on.How well the laser removes the tattoo, and how many sessions you’ll need depends on a number of things: size, colour, intricacy of design, etc.Always listen to the advice of the professionals in the laser clinic. I believe you shouldn’t apply any removal creams etc in between sessions, even if you might be tempted to. If you have any questions whatsoever, ask. Some tattoos might still leave a ‘ghost’, a faded pattern where the tattoo used to be.Always go to a recognised clinic or have your tattoo removed at a licensed tattoo parlour who also offer this service. You can also cover a tattoo up with a different tattoo. Whether a tattoo can be covered up, and how well, obviously depends on the design and the skill of the artist. Some tattoos might need to be faded a bit by laser before you can begin the cover up.As an aside -you mention this is a new tattoo, and I just wanted to say a lot of people feel uncertain about their tattoos when they first get them. A lot of people don’t like the fact that they look dark, or feel a tattoo just looks strange and alien on their body. This is normal, and very common.Obviously I don’t know your specific circumstances, and you know what’s best for you. I just thought I’d mention this in case this helps your decision at all.Best of luck :)
How do I get rid of the redness on my tattoo?
For one thing, stop putting the Bacitracin on it. It is far enough along in the healing process that you should be washing it when you shower and putting lotion on it during the day when it gets dry, nothing more. If anything it is the Bacitracin 2-3 times a day that is making it irritated. Find some nice fragrence free lotion and start using that, instead. If it is infected you need to see a doctor but I think if it was infected you would know it by now. Since it isn't really an open wound any more my bet is that it is just irritated from your shoes and the goop you are putting on it. If it still looks wierd after a day of being barefoot, go back to your tattoo artist and have them look at it.
Getting rid of a tattoo?
Laser treatment, there's no such thing as treatment by rubbing ointments or creams on it, they're all scams. I'm afraid it might cost you a bit, and it depends on the size of the tattoo as well.
On the game bully how do you get rid of a tattoo?
My eight year old son says "You go back into the tattoo parlor and you buy it with like 40 bucks to remove it." By the way, my son is a genius on video games. He beat this game! Hope this helps!
Can you get rid of a tattoo just after it is done?
peeling the scabs off might pull SOME ink out but at best, you're going to fade it. Laser Removal will now be the only legit option to remove the tattoo .....and unless you managed to save up a good chunk of money for being as young as you (probably) are, you might be out of luck for a while hope you learned your lesson
How can I get rid of a scab on a healed tattoo?
I got my tattoo about a month ago and it's been healed for about 2 weeks or more. There is one spot where it looks like the tattoo line is under the skin, and I keep it moisturized, but I would really like to see what the tattoo looks like without the line missing!
Should I get rid of a tattoo my fiance dislikes?
I respect your fiancé's feelings but I have some concern about your feelings also. I suppose the wise sage would tell you in in the most gravest of tones to compromise and remove half of it. Be that as it may, if this one symbol of your past will mean so muchto her, it is your past, after all and not your future, What else will you have to give in to as a way to make the relationship work? Removing the tattoo raises the issue of much pain on removal andthe risk of infection has to be considered. Frankly, I don't understandwhy this is a contentious issue at the point in your relationship.Removal is a big hassle for you and still she insists. This is just my opinion, however, if the tattoo was on her would you insist she remove it? I wouldn't even consider asking. Give her something gold to remind her of your devotion, your ever living love, and her perfection. Leave the tattoo.
