There is no bad review against him yet. You can deal with him, but yes check out what to do list from internet before making a property deal to save yourself from being in loss. :) Good luck

Why dont electricians call people back?

There could be several reasons. First, summer is a busy time of year. New contruction slows to a crawl during the winter, but this time of year some crews work 12 to 14 hour days. Second, you left the specifics of the job. The electrictians can then "cherry-pick". If working your job seems like it's less return for the money than the guy down the street, you won't get a call back. Third, you only called once. The squeaky wheel gets the oil. This one sticks in my craw, but during peak times, you may have to call a couple of times. Personally, I'm old school, in that if a bussiness doesn't call me back, they don't deserve my money. But, my stubborness has caused me problems in the past.

Call these places again. And again. And again. Keep calling until you have a conversation with an actual human being. Ask them why they didn't call you back. If they are busy, they may be able to reccomend another place that does good work. At the same time, don't get impatient and jump the gun. Wait until you have a couple of estimates before you choose a company, even if it takes a couple more weeks.

Good luck.

Can I open my own private limited company while working in other private limited company as employee.?

A2AThere is nothing that limits you as such in registering a company. You might even want to start with a sole proprietorship (cheapest) and then later on incorporate with a Pvt.Ltd. once you know the full scope of your activities and the degree of liability you have in your business operations. But that is up to you. If you want to start a Pvt. Ltd then do it. However, what you want to do is study your employment contract. Some have terms that allow you to do some side work, or some contracts have also stiff clauses regarding competition that once you leave the company and do work that these clauses might hinder you for the first 6 months or longer. I doubt you have it, but just so you know in case you plan to take clients with you. Also, anything which is not regulated in a contract, standard Indian law applies. So you might want to look up on the internet if there are any peculiars regarding employment in India that we Europeans don't know about. Also, anything in terms of intellectual property and what you learn in the company is owned by your previous employer. So you might want to be careful and keep things separate. Your employer cannot stop what is stored in your brain, but simply the direct use of intellectual property or previous knowledge that could come to a direct disadvantage to your employer from you leaving the company is a sensitive area where you need to be careful. In summary: 1. Yes you can start a company and do whatever you want in your free time. 2. Check for any clauses in your contract. Problem comes only when you do something on company time.As long as you keep everything separate, you should be fine! Once you leave the company, try to do it on good terms by giving them notice and helping them.ThisĀ  is not legal advice! Any additional circumstance or issues that are not clear please consult an indian lawyer in labor law.

Is it true that US soldiers can't make video calls while in camp?

Someone just asked the same question, it's a very popular question because it's happening to tens of thousands of people. Here's the same answer I have them. There's only one risk in his sending you new pictures, that you will see that they aren't really a soldier. Of course real soldiers can't usually take pictures on patrol, or around classified equipment, but that's the only limit. There's nothing stopping then from taking all the pictures they want everywhere else, and they certainly do.Why would there be any risk from taking pictures? Think about it, their opponents can see that giant US base sitting right in front of them, they aren't hiding it. What is the big deal about taking pictures? Most likely you are only talking to a Nigerian scammer. They always pull this, "no new pictures, no phone calls" lie because then you'll see they aren't who they say they are. They have some old pictures and information about a real solider the scamming company gave them, but they sure can't send you a picture with today's newspaper, or talk to you on the phone without you hearing their Nigerian accent. If he hasn't yet, he will soon ask you for money and that's when you'll know without a doubt that its a scammer.Read this from the US Army Criminal Investigation Command websiteOnline romance scamsGood luck, I know it can be painful to face this reality.
