What agencies or organizations could help with this situarion? Thank you so much. Student living with “dad” most days and is safer with dad, but dad does not have legal rights to student because he is not on birth certificate. Mom is very unstable and could take student away from dad at any time, so dad needs to find resources to get legal rights to the student.

You're a sophomore, so you're like 15 or so, right? That means that if you tell anyone about who the father is, you will be sending him to jail. It's a shame neither you nor he thought of that before this, but that's water under the bridge. The only thing you can do that I can see is steadfastly refuse to tell who the father is. That may mean that some people will assume you don't even know; that you had more than one lover in the relevant month. So be it. Don't name anyone else, of course, because that will only mean that a DNA test will prove you are lying. And don't make any hints or suggestions, or again, a DNA test might be ordered. This is the kind of thing where judges get involved, you know. You are going to have to be very resolute. Keep your cool. Once you are over 18, presumably it's a different story. But I'd check with a lawyer to be sure. You can't really raise the child together now, because he cannot be seen with you. Later, it may work out. Good luck; you and the baby are both going to need it.

Yes, been there done that! It is the most FRUSTRATING thing EVER!!!!! I think that you need to spend some time apart and see if those feelings (good and bad) go away. What you are left with if what you should go with. Happiness that you are not with him. Sadness and you miss him. It will tell you and him a lot of how you are feeling. This guy at work always stares into my eyes locks eyes with me for awhile and looks st me squinting his eyes like he really likes me. I don’t flirt back because I am married. But I can feel he is falling more and more in love with me as time goes by. He gets jealous when there are other guys talking to me or a guy sitting next to me. He tries to flirt with another woman in front of me to make me jealous. When I try to ignore him when he is staring at me from the side, he seems so sad and sulks when I don’t flirt or respond back. Hold on there! First of all, they are your parents. They might not have knowledge of outside world. They live in their own world. Doesn't mean that they don't love you or you have right to hurt them.Look for a solution. You might have staff members who are close to you at college. Approach them. If possible, ask them to talk to your parents. Or your relatives. Someone who knows and understands you. They might help you. And, you are just 18! you have time. You will get a good job.
