Can You Live In A Rental Programming Without The Proper Papers

How long can you typically go without paying your apartment rent if you got a 3 days notice to pay the rent or get out?

I assure you that not paying your rent is one of the worst decisions that you can make. Your life will not be the same after an eviction. It can be a very traumatic experience.Every state is going to have slightly different eviction laws but here in Ohio my company has a very large rental portfolio in the Cleveland area and this is how we handle tenants who do not pay rent.Rent is due on the 1st.Rent is late on the 2nd.We call tenants 3x day from the 5th through the 10th.We put up 3 day notices on the 10th.After the 3 day notices we file for eviction. Once we file we will no longer accept rent. At this point the non paying tenant can't pay or get out of the legal ramifications of their actions.We win the court eviction and get a write to regain possession of the property. The eviction remains on your record for life. It will be incredibly hard if not impossible to find another landlord willing to rent to you.We send in the bailiffs (guns drawn) to the home. If you do not open the door they kick it in and forcibly remove any occupants living in the home.Everything that the tenant owns is placed on the curb by a moving crew. They can clear out an entire home in about 2 hours. They are not vary delicate with your possessions. Everything stays on the curb until 5pm. Scrappers and thieves usually come by and steal anything of value. At 5pm we bring a dump truck and load up everything that is left and take it to storage. After 30 days in storage we take it to the dump.After all of the above a non paying tenant can also expect the following to happen.We take you back to court and sue you for back rent, legal costs and damages.We garnish your wages until all debts are paid off.As you can gather from everything above being evicted is a terrible experience that is 100% preventable by you. DEERS PROGRAM?

My son's father did not enroll our son into the DEERS PROGRAM before he left for bootcamp. He was not told about this program, we did sign some papers with his recruiter and was told we'd be getting an extra $1000 per pay period for our son. Once he got there we were told he was supposed to enroll him into this program. I cannot do it without him being present, and they told him he cannot do it until he gets out of bootcamp due to the fact that he is not on our son's birth certificate. (He didn't have his Id at the hospital when we did the paper work) when he comes back and we enroll our son into this program ...will they back pay us for the amount of time he was in bootcamp and AIT ? Or are we just going to be missing out on thousands of dollars?

Is it possible for a live-in couple to rent a house in Bangalore?

It is Bangalore, so yes it is possible. But remember a few important facts.Be very specific with the owner of the house.You don't want unwanted gossip, so at home avoid parties and too many visitors.You might need to submit a lot of documents and verification from their end might be tedious. So be prepared.Opt for a good locality , instead of cheaper one.It is important that if you are consulting a broker, he is a genuine one because in case of live in couples sometimes the property owner asks for a third party guarantees sign on the documents that is the broker.Btm layout, Banshankari, R T Nagar, Marathalli are some of the common and good neighborhoods for live in couples.A bi monthly magazine is available in any newspaper stall called as Free ADS, AD MAG etc. It is damn good and far better and thorough search option than any Google search or brokers. As it is a free publishing medium, House owners directly places their ads in it. So options are many and you can directly talk to them about your requests.Happy House hunting!! Can I legally break a section 8 lease without penalties?

I'm renting from a privately-owned apartment complex. This place is a disaster! They have a security entrance system in which you are supposed to buzz in your guests, but management disabled it and leaves the doors unlocked day and night. Someone keyed my car in the parking lot last night. People are smoking in the halls even though they are not supposed to (I have asthma so this is a big problem). The downstairs neighbor is beating on his girlfriend and son all the time in the middle of the night, like 2-4 am. The cops are here a few times every weekend to break up parties and fights. I have a 2-month old baby and just don't feel safe here.... What can I do to get out of my lease without penalties? I have only one rental referral, and would like to be able to use this one when I go to get another apartment....

Will the army help pay my rent while I am at basic and AIT?

rent for basic LOL now that one is hilarious! NO! only after gradumicating basic can u be considered officially part of our armed forces, so u will not receive benefits for dependents during that particular training. As for AIT it depends on your unit and your length of AIT and how bad your family needs you nearby. Which typically isn't given. sorry. Usually, you will have to wait til you reach your permanent duty station to have your family have any sort of military supplements. When u are in basic u are on post 99% of the time, u are housed. AIT is the same. U have PT at 04:00hrs so u can't be out living on your own silly goose, and u have 4 minutes to sh*t, shower, shave boy! and 3 to eat LOL you will have no time to live and enjoy your privacy LOL u will live with 49 others in a bunkhouse in a cot like every other military person to ever gradumicate basic training. So don't bother looking for a way LOL
terribly sorry I do believe I may have misread your question there. LOL I am kinda worn thin as of late from lack of sleep for nearly 3 days now so pardon moi. You are asking if they will pay for u to go to basic and leave ur lease contract? that is something for your recruiter to answer as for the rest of what i said when u leave ur the government issued property.
