4. Similar songs exist among widely seperated people? You don't really need to specify that they are WIDELY seperated. The sentance should be: Although no country has exactly the same folk music like that of any other, it is significant that similar songs exist among seperated people. that is the only thing I can think of that is wrong and fits within the confines of the assignment. IDEALY you would say "same folk music AS any other", but since they don't give you the option of that, and "music like of" or "music that of" don't make sense, I deduce that it is #4 that is wrong. That is a very terrible sentance as it is, even when corrected. ADD: If you are allowed to CHANGE the mistake, I would suggest number 2, rather than 4. I would go with "same folk music as that of any other..." So if you are allowed to correct the mistake, keep 4 and change 2. If it's just something that has to be removed and you aren't allowed to substitute a new word, then keep 2 and remove 4.

It's not very different from your original statement, but it eliminates the akwardness from your first non-essential clause. With the clause removed, your original statement read: "Decisions made can have many negitive repercussions, including a loss of innocence." The "made" just didn't flow well.
