Can You Pair Two Bluetooth Headsets To This Device

How can I pair two Bluetooth headsets to each other?

You can’t. They both are Bluetooth peripheral devices and neither one likely runs a Bluetooth central for managing a pairing.

Can you pair two devices to the same headset?

What kind of headset? Wired? You would need a mixer - then sure, you could do that.If you mean a bluetooth headset, the spec doesn’t allow that. The bluetooth protocol (BT, specifically the audio protocols, but the underlying network layer in bluetooth) only allows a master to communicate with a number of slaves. One slave cannot have two masters. A master can have multiple slaves. If you were building the headset itself, you could put in two different BT nodes, and mix the two audio inputs into the headset, but that would be a very specialty based product. Now, after having said that, ONE AT A TIME you can usually pair multiple masters to a single slave. For example, two different people could both attach to a car; but only one at a time. It all depends on the BT receiver though, and what it stores. As I have only one car and one driver, I haven’t tried this in practice, but I would be shocked if it didn’t work. It might relieve marital arguments though. “IT’s MY car - Bluetooth says so!”

How do you pair multiple bluetooth devices?

One by one, by following pairing instructions for each device.A sample process is highlighted below:Let's assume you have device A, with which you want to pair devices B, C and D.Check the pairing instructions for the central device (most likely this is a smartphone, a pc, etc.) Typically you need to set it in 'discover' mode in which, for a limited time, it looks for devices it can be paired.Check pairing instructions for device B. Place device B (let's say a SmartWatch) in 'discoverable' mode which makes it listen for pairing requests for some time. There should be some audio or visual clue that tells you that pairing was successful or not. If unsuccessful, check the instructions and repeat. Keep in mind that you can't harm devices by just trying to pair. Once successful, proceed to next step.Turn off device B. Repeat step 2 for device C (a Bluetooth headset with mic, perhaps?).Turn off device C. Repeat step 2 for device D (maybe a home audio?)Turn off device D.At this point, check the Bluetooth info screen on your device A. If you have succeeded, you'll see all of your devices in the device list but none connected. Something like this:One by one, turn on your peripherals (=devices B, C and D). Order doesn't matter. You should be able to see that they are connected:Congratulations! You have connected multiple Bluetooth devices!Note: You also need to know which device can be paired with which and even if they do, they may not work. Sometimes there are limitations. A typical case being that an idevice does not like to work with an android device, even though they do pair.Mom's iPhone rejecting my android. The key lies in “services”. For example, both your home audio and Bluetooth headset are fine to listen to music because they both provide this service. However, your home audio is useless when you want to make a phone call because it does not provide that service. On the other hand, my hands-free kit can't be used for audio output but it provides phone call service. So let's say you have the following devices paired and connected:Bluetooth headsetNavigationHands-free kitYour phone rings. On which device you will speak? The answer is: on whichever you respond to the call. If you press the answer button on your headset, it takes the call. If you do it on your hands-free, it says, “OK guys, I have the conn”.Sounds complicated but just keep practicing and you'll get the hang of it. Meanwhile, always read those 'fine' manuals. They're there to help you.

Is it possible to connect two bluetooth headset to one phone?

Absolutely. iPhones, to take an example, support much more than that. But you'll only ever get to use one at the time. It is technically possible to stream audio to two or maybe even three headsets concurrently, but it's not possible in practice. I would think that the iOS designers have limited this on purpose, for two reasons. One is the user experience, the other is that multiple Bluetooth connections would have to compete with themselves, as well as WiFi in their spectrum, so performance and audio quality would most likely take a hit, especially in congested environments.

Why won't my brand new Motorola H710 Bluetooth headset go into pairing mode?

I followed the instruction booklet exactly. The light on the headset is supposed to remain steadily on during pairing mode in order for it to sync properly to my phone. After fulling charging the device, it blinks 3 times when I turn it on and then goes dark. I can't even get to the point where I can start to pair it. Any suggestions? Or should I just send it back?
