Can You Prove That Citric Acid Has Diuretic Property Through A Study Can You Give Me The Link Of

I drink about one 2-liter of Mountain Dew 5 days a week. What impacts will this have?

Chemically speaking, I'm not really sure.As Taffy says, there's a lot of acid and sugar in there, which is a huge cavity risk, so hopefully you're brushing your teeth a lot.  And you say that you haven't gained weight from it, which hopefully means that you're getting plenty of exercise.Personally, I have spent long periods of my life drinking lots of soda (Cherry Coke being my soda of choice most of the time) and it hasn't had any significant adverse effects.  However, I do this fully aware that I can't do this my whole life, so I will regularly scale down my consumption which is a good way to prove to myself that I have restraint.  But I really enjoy the taste.  I am often a pretty exuberant person which means that I generally work through the sugar.  And I use toothpaste with baking soda, so hopefully that helps with some of the acid that might linger in my mouth (no idea if that's true, but it helps me sleep at night). You also probably need to realize that you will develop a significant caffeine tolerance.  So if you're drinking that much caffeine so that you won't need as much sleep, that will catch up to you.Oh, and you should probably keep tabs on your sperm count (assuming that you're male).  You know, just in the off-chance that the urban legend winds up being true.
