Where can I share my stories and get reviews?
If you’re writing your own original stories, I understand Wattpad is a great place for reviews and testing the waters. Many authors have been discovered on Wattpad.I wouldn’t recommend Fictionpress because, as far as I know, there’s a rampant problem with plagiarism.There are two other platforms I like called Inkshares and Inkitt. On Inkshares you can create your author profile and show off your work to get followers. Like Kickstarter, you can start a campaign and if your work reaches 250 followers, Inkshares makes you a publishing deal.Inkitt generally holds a monthly competition where the first three places can get publishing contracts.If you’re writing fan-fiction, you can use Fanfiction.net and Archive of Our Own. Fan-fiction can be a good way to practice writing and a gateway to more serious original stories.Only don’t expect much in the way of constructive criticism, specially from Fanfiction.net. ‘U suck’ and ‘Dis good’ is about what you can expect from your reviewers in general. Archive of Our Own is much less populated, so don’t expect to get a lot of reactions there.
What are some reviews/feedback for my story for GoFundMe?
It doesn't sound targeted towards the people that you're trying to get money from.Even if I had lived in Saint Louis, it'd be unlikely for me to donate to this. What would I get out of it? I don't believe in the afterlife (although I do believe in respect for the dead), you'd need to appeal more to the people who do. Would I get a plot of grave site? I don't need it. To feel that I did something good? I could accomplish the same by donating to a non-profit. What material or emotional difference would donating to this fund have, that would set it apart from funding a random stranger's family trip to Disneyland or help a bro out with making the perfect potato salad?Aside from that, if 2,290 graves were salvaged out of 19,500, how are there still more than 19,500 graves in there? In addition, what are you trying to fund? A monument? Relocating the rest of the graves? Revamping the current graves? Lastly, if the city of Saint Louis owns the graveyard, do you have their permission to do whatever you want to do if you're fully funded? And what about the families/descendants of the people who were buried there?The GoFundMe outlines only the problem, it doesn't nearly touch on a solution.
Please can I get a review on the story "The Martyr's Corner" ?
The Martyr's Corner is a story about a man called Rama, who sells food on a street corner that is strategically located. The business is good and husband and wife live in perfect harmony. The lack of education does not mean a poor and unhappy life for Rama, who was said to be "earning more money than graduates". He has a steady clientele but one day riots erupt in his corner of the world and change the life for him and his wife forever. The external circumstances overturn previously happy lives and characters are not in control of their destiny.
Why does no one review my story on fanfiction?
Hi, I don't understand why people don't review my story except my friends. I upload like an hour or 2 ago and no one still review it. There's like 29 views read my story but no one like it. Only one person favorite like it and favoring and following it. So what should I do? I'd tried my best to write a good story. [Quora is best platform to ‘improve’ your writings, cause lot of readers and writers are here]. Write ‘something’ and publish it and wait. Why can t I read the reviews on my story on FanFiction.net?
I posted a story yesterday and it got eight reviews, but it won t let me read them. I click on the button and it says that there aren t any. I tried the Moderate Reviews thing, but they aren t there either. It really bugs me, because I really want to read them. Any help on this would be appreciated.
If you block an FanFiction.net user can they still review your stories? Yes or no?
Does blocking someone on FanFiction. Net prevent that particular user from reviewing your stories yes or no, I've reported the person for abuse in reviewing my stories, but FanFiction didnt even take the review down so what I'm going to do is open another FanFiction.net account and remove my stories from the other account and repost o Them on my new acct and still block that other user, who happens to be a pain in the butt female(says she's a female but I hardly believe that.)
