No, it's not gonna show up on your bill AT ALL. 3G, EDGE, WiFi. Whatever It's an Apple service. When you send iMessage it is sent through internet from one Apple ID to another. Telephone number is irrelevant There is absolutely no way for iMessage to show up on your mobile operator bill

Their LERT (Law Enforcement Response Team) 1-800 number may be found on their website, or call any customer service number and if you have an official of the police or sheriff's department, or an officer of the court, have them ask Verizon to provide you what you need. IF you set up an account on line with Verizon to track your usage and so forth, you might be able to see content there as well. Verizon does not maintain this data base for very long, so act QUICK and PUSH THEM to respond. They get a lot of calls.

This isn’t true at all. Verizon keeps all SMS records. If the phone has a myverizon account, then you can open the messaging web app. You would have to login as the phone number in question though.. You can’t see another phone number’s messages, even if you own/control the account.You will need to register their phone for myverizon… get a sms pin and confirm. They will be able to reset the password you setup from their phone. They may also get security warnings when you log in from different ip addresses.If you are doing this shadily, you should also block the sms that come in from the verizon number, so they never see these.On iPhone imessage, you’re SOL.
Can I check my child's text messages on Verizon online?

It seems to be a result of buggy syncing so if you notice this, don't assume your child is attempting to circumvent you. There also isn't really anything Verizon can do for you about this. If your child returns to the stock SMS app, this will stop working.If your child uses an iPhone you can set up another Apple device (I wouldn't recommend using your own iPhone, use an iPad or something) with your child's iMessage account. You would also need to go to Settings> Messages> Test Message Forwarding on your child's phone and establish that non iMessage texts are also to be forwarded.I don't have all of the details of your situation, but I recommend developing a strong relationship based on mutual trust with your child, rather than creating an environment of always feeling spied on. Can my dad go online and read my Imessages?
If your iMessages are synced with multiple devices he can read it, if they're not and everyone has a separate iTunes account then he can't see what you're sending/receiving through iMessage. Go to Settings Go to Messages Tap on "Receive At" Hit Caller ID *This syncs iMessages with all devices but just make sure that on your computer/Mac/ iDevices are not set to this by going through and making sure caller ID isn't enabled on the other devices that your parents might check*

1.No Kik is an application that is not merged with Verizon so no they cannot see your Kik messages unless they physically go through your phone 2. If they get a transcript of your text messages they can see who sent it to you (the number not the actual contact name), what it says what it says, the time and date. HOWEVER if you have an iPhone and use IMessage (an apple service between 2 or more iOS devices) they will not show up on the transcript because it is an apple service

iMessage is data. It doesn't send via the SMS protocol which is why it can only interact with other Apple devices. I've confirmed this by reviewing my text messaging history on my bill--it is dramatically reduced since my wife and I both turned on iMessage--75% of my messages go to her via iMessage.
How do I access iMessages if my phone has water damage? My iPhone was also saying storage full, so I don't know if they've been backing up. If I transfer my number to a different phone will they appear, or can Verizon get me a copy of messages?
