Can You Sell Land On Simpson

Rick Simpson claims to cure cancer with THC. Seems like a scam/hoax. What's the story behind all that?

My Mom has used Rick Simpson oil.Rick Simpson claims to have cured his cancer—specifically his skin cancer using marijuana. It wasn't THC, it had more to do with the CBD in the cannabis oil that he extracted from the plant. It's important to note THC is the compound in the plant that alters your mood and makes you feel "high". CBD is the other compound that doesn't get you high, but provides serious health benefits. His story is well documented (How Rick Simpson Discovered a Cure for (Skin) Cancer ) as is his generosity in offering to help others with getting cannabis oil. He is also on record for wanting to provide as much information to the medical community showing them what he did, and how he did it. According to Simpson, the medical community is not interested in hearing what he has to say because they are aligned with the pharmaceutical industry. Now, I don't know how true that it, but you can contact Rick Simpson and ask him directly. The cannabis industry knows oils rich in CBD offer a wide range of health benefits, but it's not a One-Size-Fits-All. Some oils need to be crafted to reduce seizures. Others are crafted to fight cancer cells. Rick Simpson's oil (keep in mind there are knock offs that aren't decarboxylated cleanly) was made specifically to fight skin cancer externally. We got our RSO from a dispensary in San Francisco where Rick Simpson belongs as a member. In the case of my Mom, she did apply the RSO to her external skin cancer areas, as well as ingest it orally. The external treatment did cause her skin cancer spots to fade while the the ingesting of the oil did not help other ailments she has (pain and restless sleep).Did it "cure" her skin cancer? It's looking promising but still too early to say it worked 100%

Does anyone know of any Stores in the Toronto, On area that sell British food products?

It depends on what your looking for, most grocery stores stock a number of products, from Weetibix to Batchelors Marrow Fat peas, we have Heinz Beans and Rowntree chocolates, Cadbury product, Schweppes Pop.

Specific things like meat, I go to John Bairds Meat Shoppe on Weston Rd above Lawrence, and the Bay downtown in the Food Hall has a number of things ( I worked there in 1988, when it was Simpson's).

Just check in the YellowPages, Eatons used to have alot of things but once they went out of business and the Bay took over Simpson, those places were reconfigured, I used to get some British chocolate bars like Walnut Whip, Turkish Delight, Flakey and Cadbury Bits at a Shop in the Atrium on Bay in the Tobacconist shop on the main level.

Is it legal to sell someone else's soul?

Well it's not legal to sell anything that belongs to someone else unless you have been given some authority to do so. This concept is often expressed through the Latin phrase, 'nemo dat quod non habet', meaning that no one can give what they do not have.
If we assume that you have some lawful authority to sell someone's soul, then the issue is whether or not a soul is the subject of property. It doesn't have any physical existence, so it's not a chattel. It isn't land, or affixed to land, so it's not real property. It doesn't confer any legal right, so it's not a chose in action. I think this is probably where the idea falls down. A soul is not anything recognised by law, so how can the law recognise its sale?
If a soul is embodied in, or represented by, some physical object, then you could legally sell that object. But technically I don't see how you could sell a soul itself.
Also souls don't exist, which is going to present some practical difficulty I think.

Please help!! I want to sell my soul to the devil in exchange for superhuman strength and the ability to fly?

Read the fine print! See, even if the exchange works, Satan finds a way to make it bite you in the hind-quarters. Most likely, you'll be able to fly, but you won't be able to land, and you'll crash into a mountain somewhere.

Can you legally own someone's soul?

If they're willing to sell it to you then sure, you can own someone else's soul. The onus is on you to figure out how to take possession of it though. If you can figure that out, it's all yours legally.

The Land Sale Contract was recorded in County records after being signed.Does this contract impact no Fraud?

FACTS:
Artie Boondogle and Gertrude Boondogle, husband and wife, took title to their house in 1970 per the terms of a general warranty deed from Huddle Halfback, Grantor. Huddle sold the property after his wife, Linebacker, died in 1968. The property had been inherited by Linebacker when her parents died in 1960.

Artie and Gertrude took title, in the grant clause, as “Artie and Gertrude as two owners and to the survivor”.

Artie died in 2005 and Gertrude sold the surface of the property to Baseball Bat. The transaction was financed by No Fraud National Bank and Gertrude was paid by No Fraud. Gertrude signed the deed to Baseball and was paid the full consideration for the transaction.

Gertrude needed to sell the mineral rights to provide some additional funds for her investments since her overall portfolio value had declined in value. Soccer Mom and Dad bought the minerals but they were not able to find a loan. Gertrude did seller financing.

Baseball signed the Promissory Note and Deed of Trust when he took title to the surface. The deed from Gertrude was a Deed with Vendor’s Lien.

Gertrude sold the minerals to Soccer Mom and Dad per a Land Sale contract with a Promissory Note.

The note from Baseball was sold to Fannie Mae and then to Big Broker House who sold it to Little Old Lady with Blue Hair. Baseball quit making loan payments to No Fraud in January, 2008.

The Land Sale Contract was recorded in the county records right after it was signed- Does this contract impact the rights of No Fraud and if so how and why and if not, why not? What if No Fraud has begun the process to protect its rights in the property- will that impact the condemnation action by the city? How and why?
