I'm not familiar with Shoppers Drug Mart -- but this is my experience with US pharmacies: -- A number of places offer $4 prescriptions, or 3 months for $10. Can't beat the price! We try to get our physicians to prescribe drugs that are part of the program, and usually fill these prescriptions at WalMart. -- If we get more expensive drugs, and we are responsible for the insurance co-pay, it doesn't matter where they're filled, since the co-pay remains the same, regardless of how the pharmacy prices the medication. -- I don't know if there are Rexalls in Georgia. Last time I saw one was in NY. Walgreen's, I recently heard, is combining forces with drugstore.com, which may result in lower in-store prices (This is good for drugs that aren't covered by a plan -- mainly for cosmetic purposes.)

Hey, I just started a job at shoppers drug mart. I started on the cash register and it is pretty overwhelming- refunds, price checks, and the lottery! (plus the small talk!)I'm going for my third training day tomorrow and I'm studying and taking notes on the training book they gave me. I'm not sure if they expect me to learn this right off the bat because I told them I worked with a cash register before... at my old job at McDonalds.
