Why can't I edit pictures in Photoshop?
I don't know if I did something wrong, but I wanted to continue working on a project I started yesterday and it won't work today. Yesterday I arranged the photo the way I wanted to and today I wanted to add some finishing touches like re-brushing and smoothing out the edges. It won't let me re-brush, erase or anything, it says: "Could not use the history brush because the history state does not contain the corresponding layer" Also, I might have messed up something because I chose the option "rasterize", I don't know if that has anything to do with it Any help? p.s. I'm pretty new to the Photoshop so I don't know when I potentially mess something up Thanks
How to see edit history in pictures?
Programs like Photoshop or GIMP will save a small chunk of data to a JPEG/JPG stating if it was edited or not in the file's EXIF data. To view the EXIF data in a Windows machine, left click the file, click "Properties" and click the "Details" tab. You can delete this data if you choose to.

I'm sorry for your lost. Everybody losing something they love in life. Including myself. So I think I can do that, or can tell you how. If you have Gimp or Photoshop then your golden. If you download Gimp then I can easily tell you. http://www.gimp.org/ 1. If you have a picture of your horse EXCELLENT, if not I dont know if you want to find an image online that looks just like your horse? 2. If you have a picture of you looking at her grave or anything similar to that then perfect, this will be super easy. 3. Go into gimp and open the 2 images. that's easy 4. Now, copy one of the images. I would copy the horse image, then paste onto the image of you standing by the horse's grave. 5. Paste and it should come up with just the horse? Right? What you want to do is on the right side of gimp should be a tool bar I believe? But Im positive its the box on the right side. You should see a bar that you can slide to 0% opacity or 100%. Its noramally set at 100% but bring that down to about 30 or below maybe so the horse looks almost invisible but yet, visible. You understand? 6. Almost done, get the eraser tool. Should be on the left side of gimp. Left box. Do you see an eraser tool? Its not hard to find, looks like an eraser :) So once you click on that, erase everything so you can only see the horse. What that will do is you should see both images combined in 1 image right? But the Horse should still be at a low opacity remember like 30%? If so you should have the image your looking for! Is there any easy way to identify the app used to edit a picture or add an effect to it?
Many graphics files include section called 'EXIF' which contains loads of info about the image. Several editors add information to this, enabling one to not only identify the editor but also to see what actions were taken during editing.There are many EXIF viewers, including a very comprehensive online one here http://regex.info/exif.cgi

Editing a picture so that everything is in black and white except for one thing?
You can download PhotoFiltre for free: http://photofiltre.free.fr/ Selective Coloring with Photo Filtre: -File>Open -Selection>Set Shape>Lasso -Use the Lasso Tool to select the area you want to keep colored by drawing around it. Zoom in on area when doing this. -Selection>Invert -Adjust>Hue/Saturation Move the saturation slider all the way to the left to -100%. This will make the rest of the picture black & white....leaving the area you selected with the lasso tool in color. -Section>Hide Selection. -If you need to touch up the edges of the colored area to blend in with the B&W use the Smudge Tool on the "precise" setting...keep opacity low, around 10-20. When done click File>Save As

Yes you can. Go into your gallery and click the options menu and your gonna see share. After you click it you'll see a list of apps you can share it to but just click on snapchat and then you'll get the option to edit the picture if you need to. To put the picture on your story you should click the arrow on the bottom right corner of your screen and then you'll see all your snapchat friends who you can send it to but ignore that. Either my story will be on the top or you have to scroll down your friends list to find my story but when you do just click on it and it will be added to your story.

I agree with the others but There's something interesting you migth not know.Yes, as others said only the caption will change, but when it comes to hashtags when you include a new hashtag on the picture the pict appears on that hashtag searchpage, it can be used to quickly change the hashtags of your pic and get more reach…Anyway it has to be done quickly because the pics appear in the search results in cronological order so, if your picture is too old it won't appear on the first search results.
