We are in the same boat. Tens of thousands of dollars lost so far due to our Yahoo hosted web site and mail vanishing. And, it seems that Yahoo could care less about keeping us as customers. We have called 866-849-8298 numerous times and stayed on hold for over an hour only to get hung up on. The same goes for 800-318-0612. Our many emails to ysb-social-media@cc.yahoo-inc.com begging for help go unanswered. I have no idea how news could not cover such a massive problem that affects so many people. Yahoo has simply been awful for the user since CEO Marissa Mayer took over. Disabled company websites and email as well as selling our private info for profit while cutting service and quality. These slash and burn tactics will eventually trigger an exodus of users to the better compeditor leaving Yahoo in the dust. And when Yahoo is a totally worthless commodity, sucked dry of its assets (the people), where will Marissa Mayer be? Yahoo - I implore you to get off your asses and fix this before it blows up in your face!
