On my period cant stop crying!?!?!?
Just relax. Call up some girl friends to help you calm down. Do something you enjoy. Read a book, watch a comedy movie or show. I know being on your period sucks but, just know some may be worse and some better. Just take a deep breathe and keep yourself busy. Moving around and relaxing should make you feel better and help you stop crying. Maybe take a walk or take a nap. Just know that it's gonna be over soon.

CRY! IN FRONT OF HIM! IN FRONT OF YOUR FAMILY! IN FRONT OF EVERYONE! I promise that after a while (and sometimes it does take a while) you will fell way better! also, get his email for Christ's sake! If it was meant to be it was meant to be! Talk to him about it and work something out for you to visit him or vise versa in summer, or spring, or Christmas; whatever! Just be up-front and tell him that you will miss him and don't forget to ask for his email/house phone/cell phone/mailing address If you both truly love each other then it will be in the end NOW MORE CRYING! and talk to him when you can because the worst thing you can do is pretend he's not going away
I cant stop crying unless i cut myself?
i know cutting is really bad and all that but recently ive been crying SOOOO much and really hard sometimes i really dont even know why im crying but when i cut myself i just completely calm down no one knows ive been crying a lot or cutting myself because i cant cry in front of anyone else and i dont cut in obvious places and im NOT doing it for attention i cant tell anyone about this and if i do i'll probably never be able to look them in the eye again because of how ashamed i am so what am i supposed to do? i dont want my parents to know because my sister tried to commit suicide once with sleeping pills (it was around a year ago but shes better now) and shes seen a physiciatrist and he said shes bipolar and i feel like if they knew i was cutting myself they would think she has some influence on me or something like that or that im just doing it now cuz its a fad but im not what should i do? btw im putting this in the lgbt section cuz u guys rock and i think im a lesbian (i think thats part of the reason ive been crying a lot)
My grandpa died, and i can't seem to stop crying...help?!?
I am so sorry for your loss. You must have loved your grandfather very much. Maybe you should think about talking to your mother about it, that might make the bad dreams go away. I know that your grandfather would not want you to be sad so please remember the good times, the funny stories you shared, the talks that you had and even the Christmas's that you spent together and smile when you think of all the special times, because he hasn't really left you--he is still with you in your heart.
