How hard is Chamberlain College of nursing?
I did the fast track RN to BSN program. It was EASY! I would like to state that again…It was EASY. I worked full time in a locked in psych unit for teens and I had 2 kids at home age 4 and 7 during the year of my program.You can totally do it. I would use content that I had from my ADN program and make it to fit what was asked of me in the BSN program.The instructors were always super nice and helpful. I got a 4.0 (never in my life did I have a 4.0). If I can do it, you can too :)

I don't know anything about Chamberlain college, specifically, but the best thing to do, in selecting a school of nursing, is to look at the data from your state BON,(board of nursing) and look up the statistics regarding the percentage of graduates who pass the NCLEX on their first try. Other than that, comparison of costs, and availability of particular programs- like nursing study abroad, and any focus on what you think you want to pursue as a nurse. Which school you attend probably won't matter much after you graduate- everyone who passes the NCLEX is on pretty even ground, as a new grad. The one caveat is that you will serve yourself well to get your BSN out of the gate, and not start with an associate degree; it will enable you to have the most options for your career path.
