It’s easy with Microsoft free personal email or Exchange accounts as they will keep them separate automatically.For pop and imap, you need to create the calendar folders - if the accounts have their own data files, outlook will (more or less) keep events with the correct accounts - you may need to create appointments on the desired calendar but meetings should be on the correct calendar. How can I change the time when Google Calendar sends the daily agenda as an email?
You can't.As you can see in the settings>calendars>reminders and notifications>daily agenda. the email is sent at 5AM at your current time zone, and you can't change it.The issue raised in Google groups quite a few times before, but i had never seen an answer from someone at Google about it. Recently the colors indicating different shared calendars in my yahoo calendar changed to different shades of tan instead of the red, yellow, green, etc that it's been in the past. I've tried changing the theme for mail, but that does not change the colors back. It's very difficult to differentiate which event is for which calendar. It's the same in firefox and IE.
