I am being accused of make hate pages on instagram. This one boy was saying he was going to press charges against me (I am 13) I am wondering what will happen to me if he does press charges?

I am a parent, I take my children down to the bus stop and there are these two boys there that are 10 years old.... Pretty much there older then my kids.... There parents take the 10 year old boys to the bus stop but once a child says something wrong or picks on these boys there ready to fight.... They have punched and kicked before.... There parents dont do anything about it except yells at them.... What I want to know is if my children are ever kicked or punched by these boys can I press charges on these boys and action will be taken to kinda teach these boys fighting is not the answer? My father paid 10k per day to the Jailor, so he kept me in a protected part of the prison.Food was really really bad, place was really unhygienic, fellow people were foul mouth. My Girl agreed with her father, but after going to jail for 2 days, now they cant do anything to me. I had to write a letter of oath that i will stay away from her, i will not make any contact with her, and if it happens i have to go to jail for the same. Dont worry about me, its not a mark on my career, its still India, anything can happen here.

Okay so this girl who was 13 at the time (14 now) gave a boy a hand job (manual stimulation). The boy was and still is 14. If the parent of the girl found out, could he press charges on the boy. Even though if it was in the past and both willing and oral, or anal sex was NOT committed. And there was no clothes being taken off. If your dad doesn't want to pursue prosecution, he, too can be prosecuted for contributing...., and you could also be removed from the home and placed in foster care if you don't get sent off.
