Why do people go into chat rooms and say randon meaningless things and never really have a conversation?
Most of them do it out of boredom or they will usually communicate with one person to whom those random things will have meaning.
Are there any friendly, clean chatrooms online where I could talk to random people when I'm bored?
I've tried Yahoo Chat, but most of the rooms are just full of bots. I think it would be fun to have friendly conversations with random people about whatever. I just like to talk. :) Any ideas?
Is it just me or are people on Omegle video chat mean to everybody?
People are so mean on there. They call me ugly, old man(I'm 22), call me fat(which I am fat), pedo, they universally think I look like Jack Black, they rarely hold any conversation unless it's saying mean things. I'm a shy person I don't know how people other than my family act in the real world if I attempt to talk to them. Hopefully people aren't like this. I know there might be some people like that but I hope not the vast majority like it seems on omegle. I wanted to use omegle as a tool to help me come out of my shell but it has made me go in even further.
Video chat rooms- i.e. Omgele, Chatroulette...?
I enjoy chatting with people chosen at random, but I've yet to find a video chat room that I totally like. Omgele seems to be going through some sort of technical issues, and on Chatroulette, if you accidentally press "Enter" twice, your partner disappears. Does anyone have input on these sites, or other chatting sites that you enjoy? Also, I love meeting people who speak English as a second language, and would particularly like to meet a Japanese person... Which site(s) have you found to be the most diverse, and less populated by those who want to have cam sex? Thanks for you opinions!
Why can't I carry a conversation? (10 points)?
Like, when I am talking to people, even friends, they bring up a topic and I have NOTHING to say because nothing COMES to mind... For example: If we're talking in a group, they are talking about whether to get a drivers license or wait, everybody seems to have some input and can continue the conversation, but for me, NOTHING comes to mind as what I should say.... It seems natural for other people where idea just come to them automatically. However, I am able to carry conversation for some stuff like school, careers, universities.... I want to be able to carry conversation about fun and subjects that aren't so serious.... It is like nobody can have fun when talkin with me.
