What's the difference between a cheap crank set and an expensive crank set?
To start with a Crank set is comprised of two crank arms and a bottom bracket, and you can choose the chain ring sizes you like or for the conditions you'll be riding. The difference between a high end or expensive crank set and a cheap crank set is the weight. An expensive crank set is made from lighter materials and will have better bearings or better bottom bracket. That supposedly makes them easier to ride. Chances are unless you are a professional rider you'll never be able to tell the difference between say a Shimano 105 or an FSA crank set at about $200 and weighs 890 gr. and a Dura Ace crank set at $549.00 that weighs 625 gr that's a difference of 265gr and it only cost you $349. I can also bet you will not go any faster with the Dura Ace than you will with the 105 or FSA and the Dura Ace will not last any longer than either of the others as with most high end bicycle components.
What inexpensive costume ideas do you have for Halloween?
Every costume I’ve done to date has been pretty budget-friendly, so I’ll just list a few of my favorites.I once dressed as Bob Ross with nothing but an afro wig, clothes I already had in my closet, and a “beard” painted on with eyeshadow.I made a Slenderman costume back in 2012 with a thrift store suit and a hood I sewed myself with pieces from my scrap bin. It’s one of my favorite costumes I’ve ever done to this day.Another crowd pleaser I’ve done is a little number I’ve named “Grandma Squishy.” I unfortunately don’t have a picture of the full costume, so I’ll do my best to describe it. I found this great silicone mask at a Halloween store and decided to build a character around it. I went to Salvation Army and bought a muumuu and a chunky knitted cardigan to match the kerchief on the mask. I raided my stash of costume jewelry for the gaudiest, most jewel-encrusted necklaces, bracelets, and brooches I could find, and wore ALL of them at once. I then tied a pillow under the muumuu so the top would hang forward a bit and look like saggy boobs hanging over a pudgy belly, and finished the whole thing off with tube socks and slide sandals and a HUGE purse filled with hard candy. The entire costume was put together for around $20.
How do you find mature clothes as a short, college-aged, FTM person?
Not sure what specifically you’re looking for when you say “mature clothes”, as a college-aged guy. Are you looking for casual, business casual, semi-formal, or formal wear? Stuff to wear to work, a date, a special occasion?What I did when I was building my wardrobe was find some brands that fit well, that had good quality clothing pieces that I liked. I personally found that, for business casual, Banana Republic, Ralph Lauren, and Land’s End worked for me and my body type. I’d go to department stores that carried those brands, try on enough to figure out what sizes worked for me, and write them down or take photos of the item and size tag with my smartphone.Keep in mind, I’m considerably older than college-aged, but I do enjoy when people guess my age as being in my 30’s. (I will be 51 this autumn. The magic of Testosterone!)Once I knew what brands I liked and what sizes I wore in them, the fun began. I didn’t want to spend a small fortune on my clothes, so I scoured thrift and consignment shops for them. I shopped for some on Ebay, too. If you’re short and slender enough, you may be able to find clothes in the Boys’ department, which will be often much less expensive. Ralph Lauren makes great blazers in Boys’ sizes up to 20, I believe.For formal or classic business attire, I went to Men’s Wearhouse. I bought a suit and had it tailored to fit, and it was well worth the cost. I would have never been able to find a suit off the rack to fit my measurements.Good luck!

I had a professor once who did a lot of research on this. All people attempt to impress their neighbors to some extant. There finances depend on what they can do and how they will do it.
