Being on my period while cheerleading?
Cheer tryouts for the 2014/2015 school year begin tomorrow. I, unfortunately, just got my period today. I can't use tampons right now so I'm stuck using pads. Is there anything I can do to make the whole situation less uncomfortable while I'm cheering/stunting?
