How do you find out if someone has died?

I have found that Googling their names can be helpful. Try putting the name with the word “obituary” in the search.  Browsing through free online obituaries in the cities or states where you have known them to live can help. You can also try Facebook.  There are many sources available.  You will get some free information this way but you will also see paid sites pop up. These are businesses that will get all the information you want on an individual but will charge a fee.  When first visiting them, they get you to put in all kinds of information and when you get to the next page they hit you with the necessity of signing up and paying for the service.  Avoid these if you are just looking for death confirmation.  It should not be that hard to find.

What happens if you drink curdled milk?

Curdled milk is basically the precipitation of casein protein due to a lowering of the solution pH. Usually this is because some bacteria acidify the milk, thus lowering the pH.If bacteria is the case, usually the ones that produce this lactic acid will do you no harm. But their growth means there have be the conditions for other pathogen bacteria to grow which can harm you.You could curdle milk causing the same affect using lime or vinegar to cause the same thing, but in this case it would not harm you. This is the basis of cheese making.

Is Chicago, Illinois really that dangerous to live in?

I've read it's extremely dangerous to live in and that there's a lot of murders, and since regular clothes are not bullet proof I'm scared to move there.

What would the average cost be to move from St. Louis, MO to Phoenix, AZ?

I did this exact route from STL to Phx in 2006. I spent about $1500 on the truck, gas, lodging and food. I also pulled my vehicle behind the truck with a rental trailer from the same place I rented the truck. If you rent a truck, rent with Budget — their trucks are much nicer than U-Haul trucks. It’s worth it to have working AC and comfortable seats for that drive. I had a great experience with Budget — I picked up a brand new truck in Fenton/Arnold that had only 400 miles on it.We had a flat tire on our trailer on the highway outside Winslow, AZ and their roadside assistance was there to fix it within an hour.I booked a year early with Budget and got a great deal with them. There is a governor on the truck that won’t let you go faster than 65, except for when you’re coming down the mountains from Flagstaff into Phoenix (ha ha). That part of the drive can be scary in a truck because it’s very steep and you won’t be able to stop as quickly as everyone else. I basically rode the brakes all the way down that stretch of the highway.Hope that helps! My family is still in STL but I love Phoenix!

In Avengers: Infinity War, why doesn’t Star-Lord know that he’s from Earth when he and the Guardians first meet Tony, Peter, and Strange?

Peter Quill knows he’s from Earth. He just doesn’t identify with Earth.Quick question, anonymous reader: When someone asks you where you’re from, do you say “Earth?”I’m guessing you don’t.Quick side story: I was once sleeping in a car that crossed the border from Mexico to the US. The car was stopped at the immigration checkpoint near San Clemente, where a border patrol officer woke me up, and spoke loudly and slowly to me (as Americans do to all foreigners). He Asked, “WHAAT COUNTRY WERE YOOUU BOORN INN?”Annoyed (as I was freshly awoken), I snapped, “New York City!”Before you rush breathlessly to your atlas, let me confirm: New York City is *not* actually a country (despite what some of its residents think). However, when stressed and annoyed and asked where I was from, I answered with the place I most identify with- “New York City,” the land of my birth, not “The United States of America.”Peter Quill is from Missouri, not Earth.P.S. The border patrol officer simply said, “OK, you can go.” I guess my New York accent (or attitude) convinced him…

What is Springfield, MO known for?

Springfield is historically known for being the Queen City of the Ozarks. Before Branson's boom in the early nineties Springfield was the true center for the region. Early tv and radio made it’s mark here as well, the Ozark Jubilee T.V. Show helped pioneer early variety shows and the Band Buffalo Springfield is named after Springfield and a near by town. Due mainly too marketing, hillbillies are what Springfield and the Ozarks are known for, don't get me wrong, this is the Bible Belt, heavily republican, and conservative; but especially in Springfield not really hillbillies. First of all the Springfield area is the flastest part of the Ozarks. Springfield is not a city like New York but culture can be found. Hillbillies are a misnomer that was a marketing ploy to get people interested in tourism in the area. In the backwoods of Missouri you can find rough and unrefined people, but no more than any other rual area. In the last decade or so Springfield is most noted for being near Branson Missouri and having Bass Pro.Other claims too fame, cashew chicken was invited here, the perfection of Brad Pitt went to high school here, and John Goodman went to college here.Overall Springfield regional is known for a good economy, predominantly white, an element of racism that goes with that, prime trucking, and has a ton of restaurants. Rumors fly about why there are so many and to be honest it does seem like a lot compared to the population, and Springfield is oddly proud of it.
