Cinnamon Roll Recipe Calls For

What is the recipe for holiday inn express cinnamon rolls?

This weekend I went on vacation and we stayed at a holiday inn express and i absolutely LOVED there cinnamon rolls at breakfast. So, I was wondering if you could make them from scratch or if they make them from one of those pre made cinnamon roll packages. I would prefer a recipe but whatever gets me those yummy rolls :] thanks <3

When making cinnamon rolls with a recipe that calls for either bread or AP flour, can I use both?

Hey There!I have actually always used Bread Flour when making cinnamon rolls, or anything of that sort. The higher gluten content lends itself to creating a dough that pulls apart better, has a more pleasant mouth feel, and retains a satisfyingly earthy flavor. The flours can be substituted 1:1 without concern for adding additional ingredients or complicated calculations. You may need to permit the dough to rest longer after kneading than you would with AP flour, because the increase in gluten will cause the dough to seize up slightly faster than you are used to with AP flour.Good Luck and Happy Baking : )-Scott at thymeforbreakfast.com

Where can i buy holiday inn express cinnamon rolls?

I'd recommend that you call the Holiday Inn and ask for the food services manager or supervisor. Just tell them that you love their cinnamon rolls and ask who their supplier is or what the name of the product is. I have done something similar with a restaurant when I wanted to know where they got their pulled-pork sauce from. The restaurant was happy to give me this info. I ended up buying the sauce off Ebay (of all places) because it wasn't available in my country. Good luck.

Could I substitute olive oil for butter in a cinnamon roll recipe?

oooh yes please, they will taste far better.

You should always use butter.

Cinnamon Roll Recipe, milk instead of buttermilk?

You can make your own buttermilk. Just measure out the milk just short of what the recipe calls for. Add either lemon juice or vinegar to make the full measure. Let it sit for a few minutes (It will visibly start to curdle), then add to your recipe.

Would you eat chili and cinnamon rolls together?

My first reaction to this question went something like this:NO!Not just no, HELL NO!Cinnamon rolls are basically crack. Besmirching their heavenly flavor with chili, no matter how good, would be akin to defiling the Sistine Chapel with children’s finger paintings. But after that initial reaction, I decided that, if the chili was really good, I might cut off the tiniest portion of a cinnamon roll and try it with the chili. Just to see what it tastes like. I am almost positive the chili would totally cover up the taste of the cinnamon roll though. So fuck that.Edit: Now that I took the time to look at the pictures in the article you posted, I have to say those cinnamon rolls look like lower grade ones. Yes, you could technically call them cinnamon rolls. But if you’ve never had a fresh one, there is no comparison. You can put whatever you want on those “cinnamon rolls” featured in that article. Just give me one fresh out of the oven please.
