How do you make Steam/Civilization 5 recognize my Steam Cloud save?
Steam Cloud are only to save your achievements and some multiplayer status , not your Game Save. Game Save it will be on your computer. Edit: You can find the save file inside the Steam folder, you can try to replace it but i'm not sure i don't have a Mac i dont' know if this is going to work on Mac , since they make different version for Mac and another version for PC, but you still can give it a try and see.
Which Civilization game should I buy as my first game?
You should definitely get CIV 5 with all DLCs.Here are the reasons for that:It’s comperatively cheap as long as you buy it during Steam saleIt’s 99% balancedIt has a Steam Workshop with huge mods that can make the game almost like Civ 4 or Civ 6 if you wishIt doesn’t have some features yet not implemented because it will be available as a DLC in a year from now (Civ 6 does)It’s just better than other titles (some might argue about Civ 3 being better, but that’s my opinion)It has pretty good graphicsIt’s way better optimised. If you have a $2k (Civ 6 is slow even on those) PC, get Civ 5 anyway.There are some changes in game mechanics that don’t make too much sense (very few limiting factors in terms of expansion) if you’re into turn-based strategies
Civilization 5 Worldbuilder not working?
Alright, it's been 3 days since I last logged onto steam. So then I went to the Civilizatio SDK shortcut on my desktop. It loaded, and so now I have the little Civilizatio SDK screen. I go to click on the Worldbuilder option and nothing happens. I click it and it doesn't respond. But if I click the other options like Nexus or Modbuddy, they load without a problem. Any ideas as to why it just stopped working? I have used the worldbuilder many times before.

Civilization 5 question?
okay so when you have too many military units near someones border and they ask "i see you have amassed a large amount of troops near our borders and our citizens are getting worried" then the answers you can choose are "war" or "we mean no harm" if you pick we mean no harm is like a promise not to attack and if you attack it brings down your relation and they say "you betray your word ,everyone will know of your treachery" so here's my questions: how long does that promise last before i can attack without effecting my relations with other players & will players that haven't met me or the AI player in question know that i broke my promise if i break it too early.?
Can I add cracked games to steam?
I have a couple cracked games and I really want to play multiplayer, but they require steam. My main game is Civilization 5. I have the cracked skidrow version of it and a friend just got it and we want to play each other. But mine is cracked. SO is there any way to crack steam to add cracked games, or a way to get around the serial code bloc thing that is required to add retail games to steam
