I recently got a $15 Itunes gift card and decided to let my little brother spend $10 on clash of clans. When we were buying the in-app purchase for the game it took a little bit to authorize and once it was finished it never gave me what I purchased. I waited 24 hours and still hasn't given it and charged me the $10. I contacted apple to get an appointment, but I was wondering if they would refund a in-app purchase and I wanted to before I talked to them so I know I wouldn't waste my time if they don't.

People were charging up huge amounts then complaining about the game changing, etc to get refunds issued.
