SETUP LOG FILES are used in the situation u have problem with the install. one can delete them if have the cd of any purchased software installed if u dont have the setup of a purchased software that is installed on your system i dont reccomend u to clear these files and the temp sync files are of synchronization with a device u can delete them but first backup all your files on MY pictures, My music, My videos And all the My folder who are located in MY documents sometimes clearing temp sync files may delete these files ::All files in the disk cleanup are safe to delete are may not cause any type of severe problem to the system

Empty the Recycle Bin. Remove Windows temporary files. Remove optional Windows components that you are not using. Remove installed programs that you no longer use.
How do you fix "low disc space" error for windows 7?
I cleared 500+ MB of unneeded programs from my C drive, and I'm still being told that there is 0 MB of space available. Disk cleanup won't finish, and I can't empty my recycling bin because it says I don't have enough disk space. I used a ready boost program on my flash drive that was supposed to clear space but that didn't work either. Any ideas?
