My daily routine is pretty scheduled, almost same every day except weekends.Wake up: I am a kind of early bird, hate to sleep, wake up at 6:15 AM. I know it is not too early but I have to sleep till late to complete my 5 hours of sleep.Go to Gym : I rarely miss the workout session. It gives me the energy for the day.Breakfast : I come back from Gym at 8 o’clock. At 8:15, I have a protein rich breakfast. During this I take a quick look at newspaper.Take Shower: I don’t spend much time in shower just 5–10 minutes. I get ready by 9:30.Check emails and to-do list for the day : Before going to work, I take 30 minutes to check my client emails and the to-do list for the day.Go to work: I reach to work at 10:30.Work: Most of the time, I do coding.Coffee Break: Coffee is the fuel for programmers.Work: Again, convert coffee into code. :-pLunch: A break time.A walk and make few calls: After lunch, I like to go on a walk. Sometimes just Netflix nothing else.Yeah, one more thing, sometimes I try my cooking skills and try to cook something new, believe me I am very good at it.Thanks for reading.Cheers !

What is a fast mile for a 13 year old girl?

I was a runner most of my young life. Running is a great way to deal with stress, and stay happy. When it stops being hard, it gets to be like flying. It gets you really nice legs too!A good mile time depends a lot on where you are in your growth curve. The ‘good times’ for a 12 year old is a little more reliable, because that is before most girls grow, and so is 14 years old, because almost all girls have finished growing by then. It would be up to you to decide where you fall between those 2 ages. A ‘good’ time is better than 3/4 of runners.A 12 year old girl time of 9:15 is really good, and the very best can do it in 6:22.A 14 year old girl time of 8:36 is really good, and the very best can do it in 5:51.A great way to work up to the mile, and improve your mile, is to walk 1/4 mile, then run pretty fast for 1/2 minute, then walk back and stretch. The next day walk 1/4 mile, try and run *1* minute pretty fast, walk back, and stretch… If your knees or ankles hurt, STOP and rest for a day. Your legs are growing, and you don’t want to damage them, especially if you have not been very active before. You will not make a whole more half minute every day, but never try for over 1 minute more than you did yesterday. Always walk first. Always stretch. The best time to do it is right when you wake up. When you can run for 10 minutes pretty fast you will have worked out how to breathe, and built up a lot of endurance. Start running the first 1/2 minute as fast as you can, and the rest of your time pretty fast. Add 1/2 minute of ‘fast as you can’ in the beginning part of your time like you did for running in the beginning. In about 6–8 weeks, you will be at about your best mile practice.Ask your parents to see that you have decent shoes, and measure out quarter miles for 2 miles from your house. If you want to compete, you will need a coach to show you how to ‘start’ well for your best times.Good luck! :D

Whats the best way to lose weight in two weeks?

In college this use to be me every month. “OMG, I have this [Insert Event]! I have to lose weight right now!”I would crash diet down (more on that below). Lose the weight, feel really good. Then the next month I was right back at the weight where I didn’t want to be and miserable with myself.Once I learned how to maintain a healthy lifestyle I stopped the stressful unhealthy ups and downs. Yes, those crashes are not healthy. If you need the motivation of big weight loss to jump start a healthy lifestyle then this is how to do it. But most people who do crash diets don’t stick with them because it sucks. Mentally it sucks. You’re hungry, moody, and don’t want to be around anyone.Disclaimer: I do not promote this for health. This is what a fitness model would do 1-2 weeks out from a fitness shoot. (I’m leaving out the muscle ‘fullness’ steps that a fitness professional would do on the day before and day of a shoot since that is not what the question was about.)Drink a lot of water (At a minimum a gallon per day)Your body weight times 8 or 9 for daily calories (150 lbs x 9 = 1350) NEVER BELOW 1200 no matter how small you are.No carbs… not even fruitOnly Protein and veggiesGreen tea or Coffee (If you’re not a caffeine drinker be very cautious)Brisk walking - a lot (ideally more than an hour per day, brisk walking is walking with a purpose)No weight lifting or intense exercise. You won’t have the energy. That’s it. This isn’t sustainable. This is miserable.I want to show you something….That’s me year round on the left now. I eat 1800-2000 calories per day. I drink alcohol. I have fun with friends. I have an intense work schedule that requires me to be ‘On’ all the time. I workout 4 times a week for about an hour. I dance. On the right that’s me in college when I would be crash dieting constantly.I use a healthy diet plan that works for me year round. Never once have I had to crash diet since I learned about living a healthy lifestyle.I wrote in detail about building your healthy diet here.
