Registering for Aadhar for an NRI individual would be similar to the process followed by any Indian citizen. An NRI individual needs to schedule an appointment either in the online or offline mode. An NRI individual can also apply for Aadhar online using the UIDAI portal. UIDAI is the authority responsible for issuing the 12 digit unique identification Aadhar numbers. In case an NRI individual chooses to apply offline, he or she can visit any UIDAI approved enrolment center. The process for applying for an Aadhar card can be briefed as below:Visit the UIDAI portal (gov.in) to find an enrolment center near the location of the NRI individual.Fixing an online appointment, if possible, or visiting the center directly. Do not forget to carry the required documents for the application of Aadhar numbers (residence proof, birth certificate, and PAN card along with the Aadhaar card application form)The Aadhar official would check all such documents and take the requisite biometric details (fingerprints and iris scanning) and provide an acknowledgment slip which would have the tracking number (Enrolment ID) to track the status of Aadhar application of the NRI applicant.

Can you get Temporary Error 2 from the Email just being too long?

Sometimes the simplest of fixes work wonders such as
type the F5 key to refresh the page clears up a lot
of troubles,if not then try this.

Type these 3 keys together
Ctrl+Shift+Delete
and in the window that appears click on Delete
That will clear out your browser cache and is
usually enough to fix most problems
If not then you need to get in touch with tech support.

It’s not “Most Folks” in Science Fiction Literature. It’s most folks doing Movies & Television. And, even there, it’s more a Financial Decision than anything else. They would Love to make their Aliens look so much Less Human. It just costs Lots of Money and they all have a Budget to worry about. Dressing an actor up and giving him/her a full head prosthetic is relatively cheap & easy. They’ve been doing that for years.Trying to give their Arms & Legs a believable alien appearance, OTOH, is so difficult as to be almost impossible. You end up with an actor sitting inside a cramped, uncomfortable shell of some sort and given movement by either pulling it across the soundstage with a wire or having the actor shuffle his/her feet on the floor while the shell rolls across on wheels.Other bodily movements can be achieved by having a team of engineers design a Puppet that is animated by a team of specialists pulling on various wires in a choreographed sequence.Either of these options is expensive and uncomfortable for the teams of animators considering the difficulties of keeping those Wires and other paraphernalia off camera. These days, there is the Third Option of CGI. Again, an Expensive solution that adds to the difficulty and complexity of the filming. It all comes down to Money: How many Dollars per Minute can you afford to spend making that “Really Alien” Alien come to life on the screen?

Heartbleed Bug is a real example of the limitation of Open Source model.OpenSSL is an open source software and everyone is free to contribute to improve the software. For each improvement, a coder will add/change some part of the code, and submit it back. Ideally there is supposed to be some sort of checking mechanism, but we all know that people in Open Source community are mostly coders. And coders enjoy to code more than they enjoy to "test".So this guy who coded one particular change in OpenSSL did the change out of good will. He's not paid by anyone. He did it for free. He submitted it. And his edit got approved, so it became part of the next version of OpenSSL.In his code, there's a validation mistake. If you understand programming, that mistake is a very common mistake that almost every programmer would have at least few experiences making that kind of mistake.Who is responsible? It's not productive to point finger and searching for someone to blame in this situation. Because it's an Open Source project. People use it at their own free will. And since it's free, the users are not "customers". Companies who choose to use a non-free SSL are not affected by Heartbleed bug. Companies who use OpenSSL (especially some particular versions) knows and understand the risks of using open source software and they choose to use it because it's free. If a company is handling highly sensitive data (like banking) and it chooses to use it, that company IS responsible for their own decision.
