How do I fix the error code 0x80072efd in Windows 10 store?

Firefox & Opera won't connect, but IE will. What's the deal?
When I attempt to view http://www.wastedphotos.com in Firefox, I get the following error message: "Failed to Connect Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www2.wastedphotos.com:81. Though the site seems valid, the browser was unable to establish a connection. * Could the site be temporarily unavailable? Try again later. * Are you unable to browse other sites? Check the computer's network connection. * Is your computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy? Incorrect settings can interfere with Web browsing." I get a similar error when using Opera: "You tried to access the address http://www2.wastedphotos.com:81/, which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the Web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page. Make sure your Internet connection is active and check whether other applications that rely on the same connection are working." But Internet Explorer works fine with the site. I'm using a new install of Vista Home Premium on a new laptop. This specific website seems to be the only one which gives me this problem. Any thoughts?

open internet connections, and click on the tab that says connections, and then on the LAN settings make sure all the settings are same as your sisters
