Confirmation Registration For A Uk Visa

About UK Visa confirmation?

Sorry but you have been SCAMMED

There is no scan copy of the visa - a visa number is not assigned UNTIL that visa is actually stamped in your passport. Nobody can do this for you - you cannot get a visa until you have appeared IN PERSON at the British Embassy/High Commission in your country with your application, employer's Certificate of Sponsorship letter, all supporting materials, and your passport, you get fingerprinted and photographed, have a short interview, THEN you turn in your passport and pay a fee directly to the Embassy/High Commission

Your visa number would NEVER start with 000 - that is not a valid number format for UK visas.

Also there is NO such thing as a transfer fee. A visa cannot be transferred and an agency CANNOT process your visa

If you did not go to the British Embassy then this is a SCAM. NEVER send money to anyone for any reason - the ONLY money you pay is when you appear in person at the embassy and you turn in your passport and application to them. Money cannot be paid to anyone but the embassy and not before you have been fingerprinted to prove your identity

If you have sent these people a copy of your passport or any other money, you are the victim of fraud and need to contact your local police and cut off all further contact with these people

I made a mistake in the application form for UK visa. What should I do?

If you have not yet submitted the application you can go back into the website, use your application number and amend the application. If you have already submitted the application to the VFS there is nothing you can do. Fill out a new application and re-submit, if the original application fails.

UK Visa online application question?

You submit it online to the U.K. Embassy once it is filled completely without signing it. After having submitted it you can make the payment online and make an online appointment with USCIS to have your biometrics and fingerprints taken. You then will print out the application summary glue your U.K. size passport picture (35x45mm) to it, sign it, and send it by mail or courier together with your passport and the supporting documents to the Border Agency at the U.K. Consulate General in New York for processing. A student visitor visa is only required for citizen of countries which are not exempt from the visa requirement (visa nationals).

Does Indian Marriage registration valid in UK for a British citizen?

For the best answers, search on this site https://smarturl.im/aD7p1

Such a long list of questions & clarifications you seek here, that no Indian lawyer will provide just free of cost. Secondly the Muslim Marriage you talk about was solemnized in India & was duly registered, now when you state it was registered, the question arises under which Act, Statute or Provision of law it was registered. If this was registered then a Valid Marriage certificate must have been issued to you under the Act under which the Muslim Marriage is being registered, first check that & confirm whether the marriage certificate issued under the Special Marriage Act,1954 or any State Marriage Registration Act of India. The Muslim Marriage which is registered under the Special Marriage Act,1954 can only be dissolved under the said Act through the Indian court of competent jurisdiction. The Muslim marriage not registered under this civil matrimonial Act will be covered under the Muslim Personal Law, the Shari'a Law which can be dissolved according to the provisions of the law even by husband call for triple divorce in three months time period & paying the Haq Mehar promised to the Muslim wife at the time of Nikha i.e. Muslim Marriage. The Maintenance to the Muslim wife is an issue which is covered under The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act, 1986 & that basically to get her the Haq Mehar from the husband. As I said this case requires lot of study in details then only a correct legal position can provided to the parties from India as well the foreign matrimonial point of view.

Visa application (for UK)?

Yes. The work permit only allows you to work legally when you have the right to be in the country. Leave to remain (or otherwise known as a visa) is needed to remain in the country legally.

See the Working in the UK website below:

****
Catherine: the question refers to having to apply for a work permit. If a work permit is required, EEC rights to work and reside within the EU does not apply and therefore leave to remain must be applied for.

****
a gnb: That is incorrect - a work permit only allows the holder to work at a particular job for a particular period of time. It does not allow the person to be in the country. This is because the work permit can only applied for by the employer on behalf of the person to be employed - so someone wanting a work permit must already have a job offer secured.

Once the Home Office approves the work permit application, a letter is sent to the employer and the proposed employee highlighting the conditions of the permit and the need of the employee to apply for a visa separately himself. The employee typically has 6 months in which to do this, after which time the visa that he is in the country under will no longer be valid.

Additionally, visas issued on the basis of a work permit is conditional on that the person remains employed with the company that had applied for that permit. If he loses his job, he has 6 months in which to either find another job through which another work permit can be applied for (after which he has to reapply for another visa for that permit), or leave the country. This is all to control the status of foreign workers in the country and to discourage people with work permits changing jobs willy-nilly and disappearing through cracks.

What is an Alien Registration Number, and what does it mean?

Alien Registration Number (A #), if you have one, is your Personal Identification Number

Submit copies (front and back) of alien's original documentation.
• Make certain a complete return address has been entered in the "From" portion of the form.
• The Alien Registration Number ("A" Number) is the letter "A" followed by a series of seven or eight digits. The
number found on Form I-94 may also be recorded in this block. (Check the front and back of the Form I-94

How do I track my UK visa application?

Visa Processing TimesUKVI has released a site wizard called Visa processing times that provides the expected turn-around for each issuing post by visa type. The user can enter the relevant issuing post and visa type and is then given historical data broken out by processing time. A sample for Paris looks like...People wanting to how the status of their application can use this wizard to get an estimate based upon historical data. The original answer is also accurate and does not need to be changed as a result of this update. Email/SMS updates for certain types of applications at certain issuing posts are still available to applicants.Email and SMS AlertsThe most recent SMS you received is your status, and when it changes you will be notified via SMS. Many people find that the SMS facility is not granular enough to suit their needs, especially when they are awaiting important news, but there's actually no other way to learn more. Their internal systems only have about 5 status's anyway.Your T2 sponsor, on the other hand has access to the UKVI Sponsor Management System and can query the database on your behalf. The only information that your sponsor is likely to get is what you already received via SMS. The same goes for your VFS, but they cannot access Sponsor Management.Of these, your best option is to await the next SMS from them.Starting in January 2015, they will initiate a programme to advise IN COUNTRY applicants of their status by email. So your renewal or subsequent applications can take advantage of that method.Outliers and ExceptionsUKVI has agreed a service level with Parliament and as long as your application falls within their agreed time limit, they are not obliged to provide extraordinary status info. Once they have exceeded the time limit and they have not reached a decision, they will notify you. Also at that point you have the option of initiating a query on your own. This holds true for all visa applications across the board, but each visa type has a different target.MP InterestIt is also possible to learn detailed status via an MP who expresses interest. This is arguably the very worst alternative because their response has to go through the Ministerial Correspondence Unit, which takes a long time and your processing clock reverts back to square one. And all the response will say is that your application is awaiting a decision and reference the appropriate service level.

How can I track my UK visa application status if I had applied via the Visa4UK website?

Unfortunately, the UKVI (using the term for overall UK visa process) has no legitimate way to track the status of the application. The entire process is haphazard, incompetent, misleading and unprofessionally conducted to the extent it is a borderline scam. I hope the UKVI guys take this as feedback and hopefully this helps them improve their process.Priority is a scam: Don’t take anyone’s money if you cannot meet the priority timeline. There is a so-called notice on your website that priority timelines are not guaranteed. Frankly, it’s not visible, If they are not guaranteed you shall refund the money. Ideally, you already know you cannot meet the priority timeline so don’t take the money in the first place.Visa Cancellation: If you cannot meet your deadlines, and people cannot travel as a result, then refund the money. Just because you are the government doesn’t mean you should ignore basic customer service practices and possibly consumer laws of your own country.Visa information: If I am coming there for a conference for 3 days, you don’t need my 4-year-old daughter’s information. She is fine where she is and I’d rather not have her deal with this at her this young age.Your VFS partnership is not working: VFS is charging money for really no value-add services that in most cases lawyers can do. There is a tremendous variation of messaging between UKVI and VFS websites. It’s confusing and in many cases, they are double dipping.Your paid calling for customer service is a money making scheme: I could tell the agent took 5 minutes at GBP 1.37 per minute just to tell me that amounts cannot be refunded if I cancel. Frankly, for people reading this, the line is not very helpful and a waste of money.Stop being pricks: Finally, The UK is not the greatest nation in the world. We don’t really have to come there. Apart from a few poor souls in sub-Saharan Africa, you are not doing anyone a favor. Also, the wealth you may have today is mostly stolen from these poor nations anyways. So try to have some conscience and more importantly worry about the future.

Do I need an invitation letter to get a UK tourist visa?

No. You only need the following documents:1) Copy of passport biodata page2) Proof of financial capacity. This includes bank statement and bank certificate, land/condominium titles, car registration, etc.3) Proof of employment. Certificate of Employment, payslips, etc.4) Cover letter. State the reason why you want to go to the UK, how long you’re staying, who is paying for your trip, what you’re doing in the Philippines, etc. Your cover letter must be able to show them that you have no reason to overstay in their country and that you are capable of financing your trip.5) Flight and hotel reservation. A mere reservation will do. No need to pay for it yet but I always suggest getting a Rent-A-Flight Ticket Reservation Service where you can get a legitimate and confirmed booking which is valid for 3 weeks. This is unlike booking directly in website where they can only hold it for 24 hours. (You’ll never know if the embassy is gonna check your reservation. Yikes!)Hope this helps :)
