IP address CONFLICT??????????????????????...

you can try these command in start >> run >> cmd

ipconfig /release all
'ipconfig /renew all

If this does not work

the DCHP server in your router automatically gives ip to the system in the networks. What you can do is that you can set the ip address on your computer.

Like 192.168.2.101 for one

192.168.2.102 for the other, after that you wont have to face the problem

If using vista or Windows 7

Control panel >> network and internet >> network connection >> select your wireless network card

Right click on that >> internet protocol version >> change IP

similar thing can be done from the router as well, that is it will allocate different ip to different machines

If a computer is connected to a network/internet by both ethernet (LAN) and wifi, will that cause any problems?

There should be no problem. A computer can have any number of network interfaces. Windows will automatically identify which can be used to access internet and how fast and reliable are the connections (speed, latency, packet drops…) and assign a metric to that connection. If some packets can be routed through multiple connections then the connection with lower metric will have higher priority. For information on how the metric is assigned see An explanation of the Automatic Metric feature for IPv4 routesIf you want you can also assign a metric manuallySetting network adapter metric priority in Windows 7How to give preference over one network connection over another? How to Change the Priority of Wired/Wireless Network Cards in WindowsHowever sometimes Windows will disconnect wifi if the computer was connected to ethernet. In this case just connect to the wifi manually once again then later it’ll automatically be connected without user intervention any more.Nevertheless there may be some cases that both connects to different networks that use the same IP range and cause a conflict. In this case you might need to change the address range of one network and it’ll be fineHere’s the result on my computer. As you can see I’m connecting to both ethernet and wifi, both have internet connection, and both belongs to different networksOnce it’s done, speed and reliability are often improved. That said, this isn’t a magic way to increase your internet speed if you really have two separate connections (like from 2 ISPs). The solution is to use Load balancing, but even in that case the speed to a single server might not increase, because connection can only go through one line

"my internet explorer cannot be displayed" every single time?

Previously my laptop has some errors in the security updates as the automatic updates were off suddenly for quite some time but now it is finally alright now.

However, whenever i am connected to the internet, the internet webpage will be fine and will upload as per normal but for after a while,it will suddenly change to "internet explorer cannot be displayed" after multiples of refreshes.I reconnect again and the same process applies.
I run a scan in symantec antivirus and spyware terminator and they detected some virus but i've deleted it.I suspected it must be some tracking cookies that prevent me from surfing the net but still i am not sure about it.Some recent virus history that my laptop has encountered is w32 spybot but again everything is deleted and some were cleaned.I even using ccleaner too.

So i really need help on how to solve this.
My internet connectivity is fine really.

Bahrain Job Offer and Cost of Living?

Well as a British expat living in Bahrain I can tell you that your salary is more than enough to live very comfortably and still save a large amount. For 600BD you can get a luxury 2 bed room fully furnished apartment in Juffair, Adliya or Seef which will have swimming pool, gym, sauna etc included plus cleaning twice a week. Alternatively you can get a one bed for around 450 to 500 with facilities and you can save back some of your accommodation allowance. Food at the supermarket is cheap if you buy local groceries but very very expensive for your imported produce. I actually find it cheaper to eat out here than go shopping, especially if you eat at the Arabic or Indian restaurants where you can eat your fill for 2 to 3 BD with a drink. As Red Dragon stated petrol is incredibly cheap here so that is never a worry, I would however advise against hiring a car as you will end up paying a lot more than buying one. You can get a decent second hand car here for 1500BD but shop around and make your you test drive a few times before committing. Alcohol is quite expensive, at the booze shop you can get a bottle of wine for around 3 BD at the cheapest and a case of 24 Kronenburgs will set you back about 10BD. In the bars a pint of lager will be about 2.80BD but it depends where you drink. All in all I think you will live a very comfortable life here and it's a lot more than many locals and expats get paid, myself included! Good Luck!

Trouble with IP address conflict. Help needed.?

setup your router for DHCP, your ip address is not all you need. you need IP address subnet, default gateway, and DNS address, if you do not provide your DNS you cannot access the internet. enable DHCP on the router and your computer aswell. Also make sure you have the same security settings on your computer and router for your wireless connection. SSID, encryption type, and wireless access key.
email if more help needed.

Why is every DNS server not responding?

My internet has been ridiculously slow the past few days. My computer tells me it is because the DNS server isn't responding. So what I did was look up different DNS addresses, and put them into my computer. This helped at first, but now it tells me that EVERY SINGLE DNS SERVER that I connect to isn't responding.

I've tried the following DNS addresses:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220
192.168.1.254

None of these will work for me. Is this a problem on my end? Or something else?
