can android phone that is connected to a wifi signal can also distribute the internet connection to a PC? if i have a computer and an android phone "LG Optimus black 970" my phone can connect to my neighbors wifi and i want my computer to connect to my phone so it can access the internet for free... but as i notice if i activate the wifi hotspot option in my phone the wifi connection of my phone to the neighbors wifi disconnect. is there a way to connect my phone to a wifi without losing it after activating the hotspot option so my computer can connect to it? anybody can answer my question?

So I connect it to my computer through USB. But my computer won't even make a slight noise indicating it's presence. it's like the thing literally just ignores it, no beep noise it usually makes when I connect my flash drive, or mp3 player, or notification of some sort. My phone. however, says this about the subject, "USB Storage In Use" and then, "Before turning off USB storage, make sure you have unmounted (ejected) your Android's SD card from your computer." My phone acts as if it was connected but it's not! All I want to do is sync some music into it. It's a Samsung, if this helps in any way.
