Seniors, do you see the 30 and under males of today, worthless, smart...or...?
I don't know many young men under 30. Of the three I know, two are hard working. One likes his weed too much to work hard. He barely gets by with what he earns but doesn't want to apply for a better job because they all drug test. That would be fine if it was just him, but he also has a wife and is responsible for two children.

Why are democracies more peaceful in their relations with each other than with states which are nondemocracies
In the case of the United States of America it's because capitalism hides behind .....and is actually mistaken for democracy, by conservatives .....resulting in our our foreign policy being written by multinational corporations...literally.........and our corporations want to enslave all work forces and plunder all natural resources That's why we fought communism so hard. There was never any real threat of communists attacking America But communist countries threatened our corporate masters, by denying them access to their work forces and natural resources. There are hundreds of examples to prove the point...Iraq being the most current....Hussein was no threat, but we pretended he was, our corporations, the corporate owned government, and the corporate owned media created a false threat....so they could get their greedy little murdering fingers on all that precise oil. It's there...but they cover it up well...and the conservatives simply aren't interested in truth....more interested in phony patriotism...so the lies have a buyer.....white christian conservatives Often the democracies set up by the United States in the 3rd world are nothing more that puppet doormen put in place by the CIA to allow our corporations to plunder and pillage...and call it democracy.....and why do we get along with these governments....well, we run them.
I'm Eligible To answer this question as I work in the merchant navy , and have been working here for a few years now. This also happens to be my first post on quora .Let me start with the salaries that officers and Engineers in the Merchant Navy recieve.I have to tell you it's not 2 times the salary the people working in the Software industry recieve,It's a bit more than that.The salary of a Third officer whose just started work is 3600USD that roughly translates to 250000INR given the current exchange rates .This is his salary at 22 years of age .i haven't come across any of my batch mates who are into the software field earn like this at an early stage of their career. The income is taxfree if u fulfill the NRI requirements.The other side of the story is that ,You get a salary only when your actually on the ship . So no salary during your holidays . So suppose you sail for only 6 months in a year . Your average monthly salary will be 125000INR. Staying out of Home for extended periods In an Isolated Ship ,can be taxing to your mental health . You need to be mentally strong to overcome long periods of loneliness . There are only about 22 crew these days on a Ship ,and mostly from different parts of the world .Not everyone can survive on a ship . Sometimes you may not be able to go home in times of an emergency back home. You may not be able to contact your family sometimes . These are all factors people consider before joining the merchant navy . If you feel your ready for all this .Go ahead the Seas are waiting for you :-)
