Constant Dizziness Unable To Focus Headaches

Constant headaches...?

A bit of background on me, is I am a 17 year old female, and haven't had my blood checked for about 10 years...

For the past few seven days, I've been getting headaches constantly. They occur first thing when I wake up almost daily, and they vary in location. The pain seems to move to different parts of my head throughout the day.

For example, it'll start in the back of my head, then move towards the front, and soon turn into a migraine. It lasts more then four hours for sure, and sometimes goes away for a few hours before coming back.

The pain is a severe pressure and throbs most of the time, and it makes me unable to focus on school and it seems to get worse through daily activities. >_<
I also have been feeling lightheaded, and not myself lately...

Does it sound like something I should have checked out soon?
((Please, only serious answers. Thank you!))

I have been feeling dizzy, light headed, and constant headaches/migraines?

I went to my doctor and no ear infection or sinus infection. Also he checked my blood and nothing seemed to be wrong. Then we checked my balance stuff and Blah Blah Blah. He thinks it was allergies because there was a lot of pressure on my ears. I have constant headaches. If its not headaches, its a migraine. Nothing helps get rid of it except sleep. My doctor prescribed me alllergy medicine and migraine medicine. The allergy medicine doesn't seem to help.. what should I do?

Sudden extreme headache and dizziness?

Pl try simple acupressure given below for immediate relief.
If it fails you will have to go for Acupuncture.

There is hardly any medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES, Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, tension, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole.
Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help if cough is not there.

But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong.

If it is acute pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

For forehead/eye pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.

It may disappear naturally too.

What to do to avoid headaches while studying?

Avoid fluorescent lighting. Have adequate natural or incandescent or LED lights. Avoid glare. Refocus your eyes and take eye breaks. On really difficult material give yourself time to absorb. That often means taking an extended moment to think how new material fits with what you understand. Drink water. Put away your phone. Take your headphones off unless you're listening to piano … seriously. Don't do your intense study late at night - that is ok for easy practice or reading but not the hard stuff.

Stiff Neck, Dizziness, Nausea.?

Hi, for the past three days i have had a stiff neck, dizziness and nausea constant, also getting headaches now and then. When i close my eyes i cannot balance and the diziness gets worse to point where i can no longer keep my eyes closed because i begin to feel faint and breathless. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Dizzy, Tired all the time, Feel like I'm in a constant Daze. Need Opinions!?

If you have been constipated long enough to be taking medication for it, then you are currently toxic. Toxicity can cause all the symptoms you mentioned plus many more. Drink lots of water to help flush the symptoms. I don't like water, so I drink iced green tea. If you still have these symptoms a few days after your bowels are moving regularly then you can consider other causes. In the meantime, you're in good condition for the condition you're in :-)

Why does my vision gradually go black with sudden dizziness for a few seconds when I suddenly stand up? Is it normal?

This is called postural or orthostatic hypotension. It’s experienced by a lot of the population, especially those who already have low blood pressure. It can be a sign of anemia, especially if you’re female. Basically what happens is that after you sit for a long time, your blood vessels are constricted and your blood pools in your legs, so when you finally stand up, those blood vessels don’t bring blood back to your hear fast enough for you blood pressure to stay constant. It’s like when you walk down the stairs and you don’t remember that there’s one more step, but instead of you, it’s just your brain having a temporary oxygen deprivation. It can be scary and really uncomfortable, but it’s pretty normal - you just have to get used to standing up a little more slowly. If the head rush feeling or the blackout lasts longer than a minute or two, or if you totally lose consciousness, you should see a doctor, and if it’s happening fairly frequently, you might want to get checked for anemia or some other cause. I’m not a doctor, so don’t take this as a diagnosis, but it’s probably just postural hypotension (people call it standing up too fast). However, my aunt thought she just had low blood pressure, and it turns out she had a blood clot in her brain and and has and oversized heart. If you’re worried, see a doctor. And bear in mind that if you experience light-headedness frequently, you’re at a greater risk for concussion, which in turn puts you at a greater risk for blood clots in your brain and seizures. Just as a closing thought.most likely, you will be just fine. Best of luck to you. :)

Light-headed, can't focus, confused?

I'm 21, and recently i have been having spells where i am lightheaded, and having a hard time concentrating on things. It usually happens when i am up doing something, while i'm laying down i am ok. I can't really describe the feeling....i say i feel dizzy but it's not a feeling like the room is spinning.

I have been to the doctor and they have done several tests, and i'm kind of at a point where i don't know what to do next. It's very hard to work when this happens, and i'm getting very frustrated! I feel like i'm going crazy...please help!

Can wisdom teeth cause sinus problems, migraines and dizziness?

From personal experience, yes! Not only can wisdom teeth cause sinus problems, so can any of your upper jaw teeth, if the roots are long enough, they can invade or encroach on the sinuses themselves. As in my case, I would get chronic sinusitis that would make my teeth ache, on one occasion I had an infected tooth root as a companion to the sinusitis. Solution!? six, yep SIX teeth with a root canal!!! It helped a little more with each tooth. But by far the most improvement I had, was having all four, impacted wisdom teeth removed. They had started affecting the orientation of my other teeth, & one was getting infected. Dear lord!!! The pain from that made me nauseous, like morning sickness, & it gave me dizzying headaches & generally put me off living fully. As soon as I had them removed, I felt about a billion times better. (Only mild hyperbole…) Believe it or not, even my fuzzy brain processes, cleared up. I know! But it’s true! When my brain was able to stop compensating for pain and re focus, on being in a less adrenaline charged state, constantly, that had barely been allowing me to function, on a daily basis. What I did manage, was clumsy, & through a cloud of pain.My entire thought process was, almost instantly, improved. My brain didn’t have to constantly try to out-wit my physical reaction to the pain any more. & it felt like I must have even seemed smarter & more coordinated, physically. It was indeed, worth the six weeks of soft foods & no seeds while recovering.Go see a dentist, a good one who’ll take good, and detailed images of your head. Then ask, if he will consult with you about your specific symptoms, & try to solve the causes of the issues you’re having. Don’t accept one, who just treats the symptoms.Best of luck to you!
