Constant Urge To Throw Up

How do i get rid of my constant urge to look at porn?

Usually it's easier to replace a bad habit with a good habit instead of just trying to get rid of the bad habit, So find something you can do instead of watching porn, something that you will enjoy in a non-sexual way or that makes you feel good about yourself. Maybe go running or shoot baskets. Maybe during the time of day when you're used to watching porn, arrange to do some serious volunteer work. Set a goal of two extra A's on your next report card and study hard at the library instead of coming home and turning on the smut.

Don't let porn conrol you -- you need to get in charge of your own life and how you spend it. Porn is really unhealthy and teaches guys to regard females as objects instead of treating them as equal human beings, and it sets totally unreal expectations (such as how big a penis is supposed to be -- the ones on porn are mostly digitally enhanced). Breaking this bad habit is an important way to earn some real self-respect.

Keep at it even if you slip a few times. You are a valuable person, and you should spend your time doing things that make you proud of yourself, not watching some sicko sex stuff. Sex is beautiful at the right time with the right person. Don't let porn pollute it for you. Good luck!

Why do i have this constant urge to cough?

For about two weeks now ive had this cough. Everyone thinks im sick with like the flu or a cold but i don't think so. I don't have a runny nose or anything else besides this urge to cough.
I've noticed i cough when i take a deep breath, and when i lay down it gets worse.
I don't know how to explain it though, it's like i HAVE TO cough, not because there's something in my throat or there is something bugging me but because my body just has to.
Also EVERY morning i basically lurch myself up and start having this like crazy cough attack. Some i feel like its going to make me throw up, but it never has and its terrible, its like i can't breathe sometimes. Also whenever i have this crazy cough attack my cough becomes very saliva-y but since i can't really stop the cough or hold it in i end up coughing over a trashcan for like 10 minutes.
The coughs feel sort of spastic.
Cough suppressant hasn't helped me.
But to me it doesn't make sense why any cough medicine would.
Does anyone know anything about this?
what it is?
what causes it?
how to get rid of it?
how to tame it down?
anything helps thank you(:
plus im a 16 y/o girl if that's anything to you.

Constant urge to vomit but can't?

Every now and then, i'd over-salivate in my mouth (a sign i'm about to throw up) so i'd go to the toilet and wait for myself to vomit something. But no matter how many times my stomach churns or I cough and spit out saliva, I never go through with it. Like something is blocking my throat.
A few weeks ago I was gravelly sick with a cold and I feel like I have a lot of mucus left in my throat that I can't get out.
What do I do? I just want to get everything out of my system that's making me feel this way.

Constant urge to pee?

Okay, when you have a UTI it also affects the nerves that help the bladder to function. There is irritation there and it can cause the urinary urgency you are talking about. That's all that is left over from the infection - the irritation. You could try over-the-counter AZO or call the doctor and tell them your symptoms. You would like be asked to give a urine specimen again to make sure that you do not have a recurrent infection but they could give you something for this temporary issue. In the meantime, avoid caffeine, carbonation, spicy foods, and pepper as they will irritate the bladder. Push fluids (does not have to be all water but not all the same thing) and try taking Vitamin C 1000 mg twice per day to acidify the urine and help prevent bacteria from growing in the bladder (bacteria HATE an acidic environment). It is common for a woman to have up to four urinary infections a year because the urethra is very short in women and natural bacteria from the vagina can enter it easily. Once you have had an infection it can take the bladder six to eight weeks to fully heal so reintroducing bacteria again can make it easier to get another infection. You should always finish ALL the medication you are given for an infection. Remember to avoid long tub baths in suds, holding your urine too long, and always wipe from front to back.

Is it normal to have the urge to throw up after eating?

You need to look at the actual cause to your sickening feeling. It's a common factor to many things.Try changing your food and slow down eating. If you are feeling forced to eat then you will feel ill. It's actually best to snack throughout the day compared to strict routine meals.Mist routine meals is to correspond with the working day. Breakfast, lunch, tea and in some cases supper.Try to eat what you enjoy and at intervals. Try not to have too much background activity too.I hope this helps.P.s. if you want a more specific answer if you can add or forward a bit more information as to how the symptoms occur (what the parameters are that the exact moment hits of feeling sick and what's happening) I'd be happy to research an exact diagnosis. If you ever have concerns it is always best to seek professional help. Many RegardsRachael.x

Can depression make you feel like you want to throw up all the time and sleep all day?

Sleep all day? Yes.Want to throw up? Sometimes. It depends if you mean you feel nauseous or you want to make yourself vomit. If you feel nauseous, something else may be going on. From what I know, depression doesn’t make someone feel such bad physical conditions, but it differs from person to person. I would recommend you go to a doctor though. If you want to make yourself throw up then that’s a form of self harm and can be because of depression. It may be from something else, like anorexia(together with sleeping all day, since lack of nutrition makes your body exhausted, but I don’t know a lot about this subject) or some other illness, but it can be joined by depression.Either way, you should go to a doctor and/or therapist, don’t go through this alone, it can always get more severe.

HELP! Constant urge to poop and vomit..?

It is possible that you may have:
1. common cold
2. stomach flu
3. food poisoning
4. gall stones/ gall bladder inflamation

I'd say drink some warm tea with lemon and honey, take a nice warm shower or bath, put some vicks vapor rub on your chest, lie down, and see if it goes away. If it gets any worse, definitely go to the emergency room or quick care.

Definitely schedule a time to talk to your doctor this week, whether it goes away or not, because he/she might want you to do some tests to see what caused it.

What can be the reason I always feel the urge to throw up, even without meals?

Nobody can diagnose you over the internet, but in the absence of any other symptoms, consider that it's dry heaving:What causes gagging or dry heaving?Consult an ENT specialist if this persists- this involuntary gagging can be caused by anything from anxiety attacks to GERD, or Gastroesophageal reflux disease. In the meantime, consider trying some mint tea for temporary relief if it sits well with you. Finally, it is absolutely not true that "being bulimic and anorexic are intentional"... look at the immense harm it does, not to mention the high mortality rates- why would such a significant percentage of the population do this to themselves if it were in their control? Rather, it's feeling out of control that often lies at the root of this:Thanks for the A2A, Daniel!

What should I do if I throw up white foam?

Vomiting is not an illness. It is the body's way of eradicating harmful substances that have been consumed, or it can be a reaction to something irritating the stomach. In most cases, throwing up white foam is not serious. There are several possible causes for throwing up white foam. The most common one occurs when too much vomiting leads to an empty stomach. When excessive vomiting occurs, the body responds by throwing up bile—a fluid produced by the liver to aid digestion—which mixes up with stomach acids, thereby creating a foam. Also, swallowed saliva can combine with the acids of an empty stomach to form foam.Vomiting foam can also occur when excessive alcohol consumption irritates the stomach lining. This activates the brain's chemoreceptor trigger zone and creates an urge to vomit. Continuous vomiting empties the stomach's contents and eventually leads to expelling stomach acids or bile.Follow these tips to help you deal with chronic vomiting or reflux:Stick to a healthy dietMaintain a healthy lifestyleWear comfortable clothesOpt for natural home remediesConsult a Doctor if severe
