Constantly Sad And Worried

How do I stop constantly worrying about a miscarriage?

I have been extra worried lately. I am 15w3d. The last heartbeat appt was at 12 weeks and it was fine. Yet I am still worried.

I tried ordering a fetal doppler today, the place never called me back. It is the weekend now and my clinic is closed for the weekend so I can't go in.

I am just so sad right now.
I had a miscarriage before this pregnancy early on.

I keep thinking my baby might be dead. I read about missed miscarriages (where you miscarry but you don't bleed or cramp, and you don't know about it until your doctor tells you) so I keep thinking this has happened/will happen.

I worry constantly my boyfriend will leave me?

I'm a similar situation.

I just got out of a really intense relationship that lasted about two years. We had alot of issues, but clung onto eachother because neither of us wanted to be alone. In the end, we ended it because we knew it was the right thing to do.

I started seeing my current boyfriend about six months later and because we have such a respectful, relaxed, smooth-sailing relationship, I constantly think that there is something wrong. It's like, I'm insecure because I have nothing at all to be insecure about.

I think that we both (you and I, being in much the same boat) need to just calm down and realise that we're lucky to be in the relationships that we are in and have faith that the other person will speak up if there is anything that is bothering him.
But whatever you do, don't jump out of left-field and ask, "If you weren't happy with our relationship, you would tell me right?" - you're just going to worry him!

I suddenly feel very sad and anxious and I'm worried that I'm about to die. I have no reason why and it's very uncomfortable. What should I do?

After ruling out physical cause through your physician, I'd recommend seeking professional help from an expert in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy.  There is a possibility that you have developed a panic disorder.  The good news is that research suggests that treatment, typically about 12 sessions of cognitive behavioral psychotherapy, is very effective.

How do I know if I am depressed or just sad and worried?

Deep sadness is temporary, while depression is a low mood state over a prolonged period of time. Also, when you’re sad you will have the physical symptoms related to the feeling of sadness (a stuffy feeling, tearfulness) but with depression it’s an overall sad (sometimes irritable or uneasy) mood.Depression is also accompanied by a lack of motivation, an inability to concentrate or make decisions, a constant feeling of fatigue, changes in sleep and appetite and in extreme cases, thoughts of death and suicide. When you’re sad it can be quite difficult but it doesn’t last long and you are able to distract yourself and function through your sadness. Depression is debilitating and can make you lose the will to perform even basic activities such as those of self-care and hygiene. If you’re even asking this question, it might be an indicator that something is wrong. If you think you are experiencing symptoms of depression, it is best to get your doubts clarified by a professional.www.ewellnessexpert.com

Im really worried about my husband =(?

My husband is 38 yrs old & is in relatively good health, i.e. good weight, normal blood pressure, physically active etc...

For about the last month he's had "pressure" on his testicles & the skin between the scrotum/balls & the anus

He thought maybe he had a lower hernia but the doctor said it definitely wasn't & he was sent to a gastro dr. ASAP b/c of his discomfort & b/c he had blood in his stool (not noticeable blood-they did a swab test that's how they found out)

Well the GI "probed" his butt & my husband was in pain from that & the doctor felt "lumps" so he has him set up for a colonoscopy appt tomorrow - the initial consultation was about a week ago

but now his left "ball" is noticeably swollen compared to the other & he's really uncomfortable, laying down, sitting, standing, .....
Im really starting to get worried - his colonoscopy is tomorrow so please no"ask a doctor" responses as that is an obvious given

Please if anyone has any idea what the problem could be or has experienced this themselves or know of someone who has please let me know!

thanks

Why am I always sad/upset/stress/worried?

The fact that you wrote all of this out is a good starting point! I've always found that expressing your thoughts, whether it be through writing, art, music, etc. is great.
In any case, I think that first and foremost you need to calm down and relax. Easier said than done, right? But you REALLY should! You know that school is causing you the most stress, but you have a good head on your shoulders and clearly put all of your effort into your schoolwork. Explain this to you dad or mom if they think you aren't trying. School really isn't for everyone, and it seems to true in your case. You ARE smart, but you're psyching yourself out! Take some deep breaths and really focus on keeping yourself healthy. School is important, but it's not worth being sick over!
Take a break from worrying so much and do what makes you happy. Find an outlet. You mentioned horseback riding... if you can somehow get back into that, it may help. Call your mom, call your friends. Have time for yourself. You have many people who love you and are fortunate to be in that position. Relax and enjoy life! If you ever need someone to vent to, feel free to message me here. I'm always willing to listen.

Best, Kristen

Why do cocker spaniel puppies always look sad and worried?

Big round eyes and heavy loose flews (droopy lips) all add to the effect. The little puppy head and body wrapped in all that skin also helps create a quizzical expression.
