Constantly Tired Way Too Much In One Day Help

I constantly feel tired after work. How do I get energized again for a productive evening?

Okay. I had the same issue. If you were to follow my advise properly, a good result will be likely.Take vitamins. Revital, vit A, B complex, C, D, K and omega 3 oils. Stagger the usage. Aim for 3-4 doses of each spread over a week. Available on eBay.Take prebiotic and probiotic mix. You can find capsules of that on eBay. Include yogurt, sauerkraut, yakult, and other fermented food in your diet. Aim for 5-6 fermented servings a week.Take nuts. Walnut, pecan, Brazil, macadamia, peanuts(technically not a nut), pistachio, almonds etc. Prepare a mixture and take like 200g a week. I like mine with some honey spread over it.Take eggs. They are good source of choline and protein. Atleast 10 eggs a week if you don't eat meat. If can't take egg, drink 5 liters of milk in a week.Find a gym. You are going to do just one exercise. Deadlift. And that too just 6-7 reps 3 days a week. That will not cause tiredness beyond the first few days. Be careful though. Be VERY VERY careful here. Have an expert teach you how to do it properly or you may get injured. Once ready, thats the only exercise you will do, for now. When you can lift about 100 kilos, then decide whether to go further etc. If you get time, try the stationary bike or running for 15 minutes to get your heart rate up. You can also do kettlebell swing and Turkish get up. Those are safer exercises.Avoid liquid calories. No drinks containing sugar. No coke, no Pepsi, no fruit juice, no alcohol. Eat whole fruit if you wish to. Mix a teaspoon of psyllium husk in milk to feel full faster and to help the bowel movements. I eat carrots when hungry before meal timeDon't make any tough resolutions that you won't be able to keep. Keep easy goals and deliver them. You'll see results in. 2-3 weeks or less. Just try to keep a healthy body and mind will follow.Good luck.

Why am I constantly tired? I take iron and vitamin D tablets, but they are not working. Why could this be?

Because in the great majority of people who feel tired, but no iron nor vitamin D deficiency has been demonstrated, taking them at random won’t ever help, at the most at placebo level. Many, many physcially healthy people feel fatigued, only a small minority of them has an underlying physical problem. In most young people feeling tired has nothing to do with having physical problem, being (chronically) stressed out, in some being depressed, saps you of all your energy, thus you feel tired. Some people work too hard for too long, the why would be evident too, some just can’t say no when asked to help out, so will do lots and lots of extra work on top of their usually very busy schedule, no wonder they are tired. There also is a condition we don’t exactly know what it really is (some say it’s our immune system reacting the wrong way), nor how to effectively treat it, we call Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME), in spite of sometimes serious symptoms we in the last decade have never found any underlying physical problem explaining the symptoms.Of course there is a long list of possible underlying physical conditions, to name just a few:-anemia (low hemoglobin), in many females due to heavy periods or having been pregnant often, these people having an iron deficiency will benefit from iron supplementation. But, there are more underlying problems causing anemia, in developing less hygienic places, and people having been there, hookworm investation can cause an iron deficiency anemia too. These people need to be dewormed. In others it’s the first symptom of having an otherwise asymptomatic mainly right sided colon cancer.-hypothyroidism-in some having a large neck circumference it could point to Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA), which by obstructing the flow of air in the throat causes the person to frequentely wake up during their sleep, so sleep badly and are tired after waking up.This can be treated by wearing a CPAP mask during sleep, the raised air pressure in one’s throat will by acting like a kind of splint prevent the throat from closing when during sleep muscles are relaxed-being short of breath: asthma, COPD-heart failure-other chronic diseasesso if you keep feeling fatigued, while there are no psychological problems see above, see your doc to have these excluded.

Can too much masturbation make you tired?

If you masturbate daily but not discharge daily then it shouldn't make you tired. But if you masturbate daily and discharge every time then you are bound to be tired plus your body might need some time to recover the lost sperm. In fact you might not get that huge rush of relief that comes from orgasm if you *** every day.

On the safe side, even though you might get tired for cumming every day but it won't affect your body negatively. Eventually your body will need to rest and if you force yourself to *** that mean your dick will become sore from the friction you keep using to induce a regular daily discharge. Try to take a break a bit for two days in between to get the full benefit that comes with masturbation.

Why am i always tired in the day but not at night?

Are you on a schedule or do you just get up whenever you want to?

I use to be the same way, then I had to get on a consistant schedule of getting up at 7 am M-F and after about 6 months my body adjusted. I'd rather stay up late at night but if I were to do that now I would completely mess up the rythmn I'm in. Maybe getting on a schedule would help, and make sure on the weekends you don't digress too much for your schedule because that can completely throw you off.

Why am I always tired, not hungry, and get lots of headaches?

ok, first off, how long have you been a veggie, i am one, and the first month was hell because my body was trying to adapt to the fact that i wasn't in-taking meat, you need to make sure you are getting enough potassium and iron, if you are getting really crampy you might have potassium deficiency, you could also be anemic, if you get really cold all the time, and you are prone to chew on crunchy things or eat ice alot it could be a sign of anemia, i am extremely anemic, i get shots for it and take iron supplements every day, i would recommend a teen vitamin along with potassium and iron supplements and a trip to the doctor and nutritionist so you can find out what nutrients you need and how to fit that in your diet, if you want to see if your anemic at home, run real gold along your face, if a green streak turns up on your cheek, i would get that checked out, good luck fellow veggie!!

Why do I sleep so much but am always tired?

I always get at least 10 hours of sleep a night on work days. I always get anxiety if i know i'm not going to get at least 8 hours because getting out of bed is almost impossible the next day. The other day I slept 17 hours on my day off and 5 hours after waking up i was ready to go back to bed. No matter how much I sleep I am always so tired. And I oversleep a lot. This has been going on for a few years now. I have nightmares a lot which doesn't help and I constantly have big dark bags under my eyes. I'm 18 this shouldn't be happening. Its not a lack of exercise or my weight cuz i walk 8 hours a day at my job and climbing endless stairs and i'm a healthy weight. I do have depression by the way.

My boyfriend is always tired and it can be really frustrating...?

Does anyone else have this problem & what should I do?

We hang out like everyday, he picks me up on his way home form work. He has been really tired lately becuse he works hard all day out in the heat and then at home he is always cleaning up after the other guys he lives with. We haven't hung out all week because he has been really tired and I had some things to do so I figured he would be caught up on sleep and well rested like taking naps after work during the time he would have usually spent with me, but now talking to him about hanging out tomorrow he is too tired to do anything I suggested, he just wants to stay home and lay around!
