Is collecting football cards a good hobby?

Yeah it is a great hobby. If you are into it then go for it. It can be a good investment too. Cards these days are expensive though. I used to collect when I was a kid. I remember buying packs of cards for less than a dollar. I still have all my old cards in my closet in my parent's house. Keep them, collect them and share with your kids.

Should I stop collecting yugioh card?

i love yugioh too, but i also have the same problem. everyone thinks its so uncool. i would keep them, u never know, they might be worth something 1 day. i still have mine, but i threw most of them out years ago. i wish i didn't.

What are the best cards (game) to collect?

Of all the collectible/competitive card games, Magic the Gathering is perhaps the oldest and most rewarding. You can play and collect for years and still have a lot to learn as new editions and expansions come out every few years. It's easy to learn and deceptively simple but can require years to fully master. Sadly like most collectible card games, people with the most money tend to have the best cards. Almost all other modern card games (yu-gi-oh, Pokémon, bakugan, and even Pathfinder) have all heavily borrowed from elements of Magic the Gathering. With some cards being worth several thousand dollars, it is one of the few card games to have any real value. While Pokémon and yu-gi-oh have had temporary value among collectors, Magic the Gathering’s rarest and most desirable cards have managed to hold their value for over two decades (Check out Black Lotus and Time Walk for ultra-high prices!) Give the game a try, you might get hooked!

How should I organize my Yu-Gi-Oh card collection?

It's usually up to personal preference but these are a few ways I have done it:If it's a binder, I'll place all monsters together, all traps together, all spells together, all synchro and etc. in addition I try to keep similar cards together like traps or monsters that are related next to one another.Another option is separate them by archetype or by possible decks. Like you can put all your spellcaster/dark magicians in the first few pages of your binder and all your monarchs on the next few and etc.The first is best if you're just collecting and want to find things somewhat quickly, the second is better, in my opinion, if you build decks a lot.I'd think about how I use my cards and get creative.

If I want to start collecting Magic: The Gathering cards, should I start with from the beginning with Alpha/Beta or start collecting new blocks as they come out?

When you said you want to start collecting MTG meant you have the money.Oh boy, stay away from the P9 - Power 9 cards.Like any collector, you will always be after these cards. Period. You may want to get just the right set of cards, even those banned and restricted cards. Get all of those vintage and legacy bad boys and you are on your way in establishing an awesome collection. You may also want to consider acquiring the Alpha Starter Booster Packs (there are unopened boxes out there!) and work your way to the current blocks. This way, you get to experience what millions of MTG players felt just like this lucky dude. Finally, you are up against time. So maybe, you both have the money and time.If you don’t have both money and time, well, just grab anything within your purchasing power and reach and start playing. You’ll get to experience life.Have a good read, drops Black Lotus and look what I got, 3 Lightning Bolts!
