Youtube Copyright Question. Outro Help!?

I would Like to put in 20 seconds of audio only for my outro. Can't this just be known as a sample of the song? Therefore promoting it? The songs I would like are here please tell me straight. If I put 20 seconds of one of these songs in my video will my monetization be disabled?

Copyright Question...Any One Help me!?

Sometimes the words give it away. Consider control, shield, protection.

Copyright question, "pending" please help?

Your song is protected by copyright from the moment you fixed it on a tangible form (like a CD, paper, tape, etc). Registering a copyright however, would give you the right to sue once your work is infringed.

According to the US Copyright Office, the effective date of registration is the day the Copyright Office receives a complete submission in acceptable form. You do not need to wait for a certificate to proceed with publication. So you can send your song to "this guy" and inform him that you have already had the song registered for copyright.

Copyright Question? PLEASE HELP?

I want to write a screenplay/script telling a story of an already EXISTING character. Maleficent. Maleficent was a character created by Disney, she was not created by the original Sleeping Beauty fairytale. Maleficent is a character created by the Disney company. If I make a screenplay/script and try to put this story out there and try to get a company to pay attention to it, will I be in trouble since I am telling the story of a character that was created by the Disney company.

Before you ask, YES I AM aware there is a new Maleficent movie coming out with Angelina Jolie. This story I want to write is completely different from the main plot.

Run Rabbit Run Rabbit RunRunRun Music copyright question... Please help?

I'm writing a book and I'm hoping to use the children's rhyme 'Run Rabbit Run' in it.
The lyrics I'm using are as follows:

Run rabbit run rabbit run run run
Here comes the hunter with his gun gun gun
Run rabbit run rabbit run run run
Don't give the hunter his fun fun fun
He'll get by, without his rabbit pie
so run rabbit run rabbit run.

(These are not all the lyrics but they are the only ones I'm using. Also originally the lyrics were slightly different, 'hunter' was supposed to be 'farmer' but this is how my mother used to sing the rhyme to me as a kid so I want to stick with 'hunter')
The song was written by Noel Gay and Ralph Butler for Noel Gay's show 'The Little Dog Laughed' which opened on 11 October 1939. The problem I have is that I can't find out if the lyrics are protected by copyright or are in the public domain?

I just need to know if I can use them in my novel without there being any legal issues.

I'd really appreciate it if anyone on here could help me

Copyright problem?? help!!?

Wow! That's a nice photo... no wonder someone stole it! Props to you!

Anywho... I'm guessing some student found it and decided to put it in the paper. However, you do own the copyrights to that photograph so it should have never been used without your permission. You could sue... but I'm sure it was just some kid who thought your picture was cool. I would talk to the person who's in charge of the newspaper (probably a teacher) and let him/her know what's going on.
