alright sweety calm down your not that over weight! im 5,4 and im 123 pounds and i stayed like that when i was 5,1 too! i was just like you and when i grew i just became really skiiny! but if you really want to lose weight i can give you some tips, eat soup everyday at lunch dinner ask your mom if she can perpare you a salad or chicken and pasta or make stirfried all healthy meals! breakfest just have a big smoothie or k ceral "hint hint for snakes jello!" oh! and workout for an hour a day take it slow at first - day 1- 20 mins- day 2 - 40 minutes- day 3- 60 mins
