Cost Of A Call To 0845 Number On A Week Day

How do you apply for a National Insurance number in England?

There are several steps to obtaining a National Insurance Number in the UK. I have listed them below:STEP 1: You will need to telephone Jobcentre Plus on 0845 600 0643 and register your details.STEP 2: If you are an EU National, Jobcentre Plus will arrange an Evidence of Identity (EOI) interview for you. They will confirm the date, time and location of the interview and will tell you what documentation you will need to bring with you on the day. However, if you are a non-EU National, you will not need to attend an interview. Instead, Jobcentre Plus will send you a postal application (pictured below). Once you have completed the relevant sections, you will need to return it to the address listed in the pack.STEP 3: Attend your Evidence of Identity interview (if applicable).STEP 4: You should receive your National Insurance number and National Insurance number card about 4-6 weeks from the date you attended the interview/returned the paperwork. Your NI number will be made up of letters and numbers and will never change. It is important to keep your National Insurance number safe as you will need it when applying for jobs, paying taxes or setting up a UK pension. If you are moving to the UK from abroad you may wish to enlist in settling-in assistance. There’s an example of such a service here which should give you an idea of what to expect.I hope you found this answer useful. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

When I open my mouth to eat, cheekbone cracks and it's really annoying?

Cheekbone thing is a joint problem with your jaw.. search on Google for 'jaw pain and cracking' or something like that and you'll find it (it does have a name but I can't remember it!!). You can find stretching exercises for your jaw on the Net that are awesomer and if you do them for ten mins a day it will help a lot (I had that cracking for years and the exercises stopped it in a few days)

TMJ thats the name!!! :)

Im feeling really depressed what shall i do?

I recently had my 3rd miscarriage and have conditions that decrease my chance of conceiving and carrying a child. I dont feel that anyone listens and feel very alone all of a sudden. I cry myself to sleep most nights and I feel like my heart is being ripped out my chest some days. I have recently started feeling that i would be so much happier and calmer if i died, but i dont feel like i would do anything to halm myself. I am so confused and dont know what to do for the best. Ivisited my gp last week he saw how upset i was but only gave me a 2 week sick note for work. I feel helpless, worthless and have a constant migraine. What shall i do

Mucositosis - not as a result of cancer treatment. Has anyone ever had this?

I don't need explanations of what it is, I know all the medical stuff about it already, but what I don't know is HOW I got it. I wasnt in contact with anyone with it, I am not undergoing any cancer treatments. It's absolutely agonising and took forever to be properly diagnosed and treated. If you've had it, how long did it take you to recover, and does anyone know of any lasting damage than can be caused by not being treated until it had already spread throughout my entire digestive tract? My stomach still burns when i try to eat or just after....how long till all the ulcers are healed and should I still be on treatment if im still having symptoms (even if thye are very much mild compared to when i was diagnosed)?
