Could I Grow More Im Still Hungry. Dad 5

I'm hungry, but I'm scared to go downstairs Cause of my parents....?

My parents had a huge fight in public yesterday. And they told me bad things about each other while walking out of the mall. I woke up at like 7 am and I didn't eat ever since 5 PM yesterday. And I am soo hungry. But I'm like really scared to get food. What should I do?

Im always hungry! high metabolism?

If you have a high metabolism it means you burn a lot more calories your body takes in. In having a high metabolism it is very hard to gain weight because in order to gain weight you need to take in more calories then burned. If you want to lose weight just start doing workouts in that certain region and keep eating how you are. The key is to burn more calories then taken in and then you wont gain any weight or fat, but if you want to gain weight and muscle just start working out and take in more calories then burned

Why am I always hungry? could I still be growing?

I always get hungry during the night like around 10:00 and later, I always have the need to fill myself up with food so I can go to sleep and if I don't then I keep thinking about how hungry I am. I eat very healthy, and take care of my body wise such as running and exercising and I now play tennis for the spring. The need to eat more isn't just at night, it's seriously after a big meal and I always want to snack on more stuff or eat more like I just had a meal it's so weird. My diet would consist mainly of fruits and veggies, I take my mutli-vitamins once in a while since I hardly need it due to my diet and I have smoothies which are like 3-4 cups with veggies such as kale, spinach, carrots, celery and then fruits like pineapple, blueberries, mango and etc and then add other stuff like olive oil, apple cider vinegar, golgi berry powder and etc. and I drink about 8-11 cups of water a day and the occasional cup of organic green tea. I do believe I might be growing which is why I am having the need to eat so much now... I'm 16 years old, still have some of that stupid teenage acne (which I am taking care of naturally through the OCM), I weight 156 and I'm 5'11.

Extra info:
I am currently the tallest of my family, including my aunt, uncles, sister, mother and father they are all 5'0 to 5'4 inches. I have only 2 cousin's who are very tall I believe 6'1-6'3 and then the rest are very short.
They say I get my height from my grandfather who I believe is 6'0 or taller, who is mother's father.

Can i still hit a late growth spurt?

i just turned 17 yrs old. im about 5'11 weighing in at 144 lbs, and i got what i think is fully developed pubic hair, and arm pit hair. i got long arms, legs, fingers, and toes with a small frame (small torso with small shoulders). im pretty muscular, but thats because i sarted lifting weights when i was 16, before that i was skinny with no build. i have no facial hair, and i just started to grow chest and stomach hairs(the stomach hairs show up well, but the chest are hard to see). im african-american. ive never had a growth spurt. in middle school i grew 2 inches every year, and my biggest growth might have been about 3 inches. i started highschool at 5'8, and im going into my senior year at about 5'11. people tell me im baby faced (if i tell someone that im 17, they will look at me with shock. they usually think im like 13 or something).

family background: my mom is 5'4 maybe 5'3, and my dad is about an inch or two shorter than her. my sister (23 yrs) is the same height as my mom. my brother is 6'2 and 200+ lbs (22 yrs). the men on my moms side range from 6'1- 6'10 (one of my uncles is huge. he could be a 7", but i know for sure that hes over 6'9)
the men on my dads side are in range from 5'3 - 5'7.

so im pretty much way taller than the men on my dads side, and noticably shorter than the men on my moms side. so what do you guys think.

oh and i forgot to mention i still have ozgu slaughter (my doctor said that they are a form of growing pains, but the bump on my knees is still there), but they dont hurt as much as they used to, but there is still some lingering pain, usually when im doing something active. and ive been hungry alot lately. for example i get hungry about every 3 hours or so, so ive been eatig five times a day. i just grew an inch this summer, but im not positive though.

I'm almost 16 and 5'2.5". Can I still grow to be 5'5" or even more?

Of course you can. But in order to get as much height out of your genes as possible I would commit to the following lifestyle. I’ve seen sporty kids who follow this regimine shoot up a few inches within a couple of years. You never know about growth spurts. Anyway, commit to the following to see results:Get proper sleep at the right time. Every hour of sleep before midnight is worth two after midnight is a great old adage that is important to understand that the quality of your sleep is more important than the duration. Why is this important? Simply put, because Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is secreted when you sleep and this makes you grow! So get as much sleep, during the most healthy hours (say 9PM to 7AM) in order to saturate your body with as much growth stimulating hormones as possible.Exercise. Again, why is this important other than the obvious? Exercise stimulates HGH. More boost for your growth potential.Food. Eating crap is going to stunt your growth pure and simple. Eat lots and lots of grass fed/ free range no hormones protein with organic vegetables and apples.Supplements. There are certain supplements that you can take to help maximize growth such as Niacin. Most importantly get as much organic Vitamin D (that means sunshine!) as possible. Get outside!Do all that and I guarantee you’ll gain some inches. Cheers!

Why am I not growing taller anymore?

Drinking milk, taking calcium pills, or swimming won’t increase your height. Your height is entirely genetically determined, and you require height surgery, or growth hormone treatment, which both are very expensive, to actually increase your height. Growth hormone treatment only works when a person’s still growing. You probably stopped growing due to early puberty. Most males begin puberty at age 12, and stop growing at age 18. Logically, starting puberty a year prior to average age stops growth a year prior to average age, starting two years prior to average age stops growth two years prior to average age, etc. If you began puberty at age 9, you’d stop growing at age 15. Early bloomers are usually shorter people, and will consider themselves tall, when they’re far from tall, and also have a disadvantage whilst growing, because growth stops earlier.Growing 5 - 7 inches in a month is extremely rare. Growing this much in a month usually means you’ve completed your two year growth spurt in a year.So it’s probably just due to genetics that you stopped growing earlier. 50% of males achieve or surpass their father in height, and 50% are shorter, so either way, your height would likely be typical, just as long as you surpassed your mother like every male does unless their father is shorter than their mother.American males average 5'9.6″. British males average 5'9.9″.American females average 5'4.2″. British females average 5'4.3″.UK average height (Male): PercentilesUSA average height (Male): PercentilesUK average height (Female): PercentilesUSA average height (Female): Percentiles

Im 14. Recently i have been craving food a lot more. Am i growing?

You could be getting ready to start your period, some girls crave food more during that time.

You also could be growing, but most girls don't grow much after they are 14, so it isn't that likely.

Can i still have a growth spurt at 14? (10 pts to best)?

hi i am 14 years old female and 5'4 1/2. My mother is 5'6 and my dad is 5'10. I've always grown little by little i never had a growth spurt. I got my period in August 2007. From August 2007 to August 2008 i've grown about 1 and 1/2 to 2 inches (from 5'2 1/2 to 5'4.) Any who my sister, has gotten a major growth spurt she's 14 months younger than me and has recently gotten her period about two months ago. She went from 5' to 5'4 in a matter of about a year (she went from the shortest in her class to one of the tallest!) She is 13. I am a 34 - A if that matters and i also way about 105 pounds. I run winter track, and play lacrosse. I am a relatively active kid. How tall will I be and do u think i will get a growth spurt. I wear about a size 6 - 6 1/2 shoe and my sister wears an 7 1/2 - 8 shoe. Will my sister be taller than me? can i still have a growth spurt? how tall will I be?
