Could I Run Shaders In Minecraft

Why do I only get 2 fps with shaders on Minecraft?

Shaders is a very RAM and graphics card-intensive addition to Minecraft. The graphics card that you’re using could just not be good enough to allow shaders. If possible, I recommend you get something around the GTX 960 or 970, as those can run a bit more intensive graphics.I’d also check to see if adding shaders caused rendering problems with either mods or your texture packs. Some mods use textures that can cause problems with the shaders. Texture packs with too high a pixel count, like Joseph Keane's answer said, can really cause major problems. So check and make sure your resource pack isn’t too high, as well as what mods you have installed.

Can I run Minecraft with medium shaders on i7-8550U and UHD 620?

Short answer : Yeah for sure! You will get an average of 30 fps running shaders with optifine. The i7–8550U has the UHD 620 graphics“…should be positioned between a GeForce 910M and 920M dedicated graphics card from Nvidia. For games, the drivers however are not that fast updated and tested as with GeForce graphics cards. In our tests, the UHD 620 is most suited for casual games like Team Fortress 2, Rocket League or Farming Simulator 17. See below for a list of modern games tested with various models.”https://www.notebookcheck.net/In...also watch this video, different processors… but same iGpuAnd here is a video that actually has shaders runningHope this helps you!

How do you install shaders on Minecraft?

Hello! Before we get going let me say this: it may only work on Windows so sorry ;w;Alright lets start!1st, before we get going, you should check the frames you get on average. 60 or below, I'd recromend not using in normal gameplay.now lets go.Alright, first download the GLSL Shaders mod! [http://www.minecraftforum.net/fo... ]Second, I'd recromend getting optifine. [ http://optifine.net/downloads ]Once the shaders mod is down installing, press the Home button and the R button at the same time, then go to %appdata% then go to .Minecraft.You want to go too .Minecraft, create a folder called Shaders and Shaderpacks. You'll need these for shader packs. Then, cut the GLSL shaders mod and put it in the mods folder. Then you're done with Vanilla, if you want Aether II do thisOpen .Aether, go to profile, go to mods, then cut and paste the GLSL mod into the mods folder.

How do I get 60 FPS with shaders on Minecraft on my Lenovo Y520 laptop?

you can eitherA. Reduce the resolution farther till your fps hits 60B. Go into shaders options and turn it to half quality….i wouldn't do this as in my opinion it makes the game look worse than vanilla, but it's up to you.C. Turn all the settings in the shaders tab to “off" or “low" and turn off other regular game setting's like particles and effectsD. Turn your render distance to low and shaders AA to offE. Check and make sure nothing is running in the background by checking task manager.F. If none of the above work, be sure you have the latest driver updates, and the latest optifine patch. If all the above fail, then your laptop can't run it at 60 fps, so I would lock it to 30 if shaders are absolutely necessary.Hope this helps! With all due respect,John Bethune.

Are there any good graphics cards that can run Minecraft shaders?

To be honest, you’re going to need a hell of a GPU. I run Minecraft with optifine with Continuum shaders installed and a Flows HD texture pack. I own a single 1080 and i7 6700. With these specs I can manage at least 100 FPS with slight drops. Thankfully, it is over 60 FPS so it’s definitely playable. However, MrMeepz shaders are very light on your computer, as I can run at least 200–300 FPS on it.Thanks for reading

Should my AMD Radeon R7 360 GPU run this hot?

1. Adjust your fan speed past 18% (AMD Catalyst default) if you have not already

2. Limit your frames to 60, 120, or w/e your monitor s refresh rate is. You don t need 2000+ frames... If its not built into Minecraft, use a program like Bandicam or MSI Afterburner to limit frames.

3. If it still runs that hot, and adjusting your fan profile does nothing, you should know that the newer GPUs from AMD and Nvidia both have a feature to turn the fan off "when it s not needed" and it causes the temps to rise to around 65-75C. Manually setting a fan curve or profile SHOULD override it, unless it s not allowed on your card due to the GPU s vBIOS. If you cannot set your fan through software means, you should contact the GPU manufacturer, and they can probably provide you with a custom vBIOS that will allow you to do so.
