Which language should I learn?
I know this has been asked before, but I am a major language lover and I would love to speak more than the ones I know. Some languages I am deeply interested in learning are the following: Greek, Persian, Russian, Hindi, Swedish, Latin, Japanese, and German. I am also very interested in learning an African dialect, like the very famous Click Languages. It is very difficult for me to find good sources to learn these languages. I am also a person that needs constant encouragement in other to keep learning, and to also have a reason for it to learn them. I am fluent in Spanish, since it's my native language (I need to brush up my grammar, though.) I also consider myself to be fluent in English. I do have a lot of advantages from Spanish, and that is why I learned Italian (and for many other reasons, too.) I think I'm fairly good at it, but not fluent. Could any of you also point out bizarre, almost never taught languages? I would be willing to find out more about them too.
How can i learn to switch lanes better while driving?
I just recently got my license at the ripe old age of 22 and am doing everything I can to be a good driver. I am good at everything however I do have issues with switching lanes correctly. My problems is that I don't like to take my eyes off the road and sometimes rely on the rear view mirror for my driving, lol. I know this is not the proper way to do it bc I need to check my blind spot. I just have issues bc I am just now starting to drive and have a hard time turning around without worrying about what is going on in front of me. Any suggestions:?
Can one have two twin flames?
This very much depends on what the Karmic reasons for this relationship are, in my experience there is often more than one reason and all is Karmic. The energy might have a triangular aspect to it. Teachers don’t discuss this because largely they have not experienced it. Most of the TF teachers are teaching from the lower plane psyche and are not necessarily approaching this from the energy point of view. Christ consciousness or Soul energy at the highest point is involved here.We know all is energy. There is very likely to be a primary person carrying more equal and opposite energy than any other. Coming through just one Twin over time. All others may be carrying some of the energy but energy can pass from person to person for a variety of reasons. All absorbs into 2 and then oneness is achieved. This is about the journey.If the Twin Flame teachers are not primary energy healers then they will not fully understand this. Some might.The Twin or Eternal Flame is your own energy reflected back to yourself. It is the Soul or intelligent light. One single human being will carry more of your Particular Soul energy than others. This will be both DNA and spiritual DNA. This single human’s advanced higher self could under certain circumstances send out their thoughts in absence in order that those nearer could refeflet their love for the other Twin.I have read that highly advanced people can experience more than one TF but in my experience there is one connection which is more forecefully strong than any other, even though this might demonstrate itself as a tenuous relationship seemingly illusive and illusional in the physical sense, it is none the less a highly advanced connection.A few people will understand what I am discussing. Twin is twin because it indicates two exclusive people and describes the spitting of the Soul from the Monad. Many people are already in physical pkane relationships with non Twins when this Twin Flame ignition happens. It’s a journey to reach the true Twin. An inner and an outer journey. When the right signpost is reached within then the destination will appear without.See the Twin as your self. Primarily it is your energy. Others might carry some of your energy, you will eventually know when you meet your full human energetic counterpart. So to recap, only one eternal flame but sparks of that flame can be seen and felt in others.
Too smart to become a police officer?
The two sources listed below are not bloggers, and they affirm that Robert Jordan was disqualified because of his higher IQ. So were others, and that is why it was not "discrimination." It is the same as not hiring someone who is overqualified. Their policy seems foolish, but maybe the bottom line had to do with money. Perhaps the PD was looking for a way to pay less for entry level police officers by applying a policy that would ensure they most likely were not college graduates, either. *Most* people with higher education also have higher IQ's. (At the same time one can have no college degree and be very smart. My sister, who has no degree, has a much larger vocabulary than I do-and I have a Master's.) I would not say that the New London PD is representative of all police departments. I have learned by reading police forums that many police are intelligent. The sampling of police who post on forums like these are generally better at writing than the average person, in fact. Furthermore, just because a job does not require exceptional brainpower does not mean that people who do that job are dumb. People who are smart simply use their intelligence to make advances in their chosen fields.
What is the best GUI written in VB (any software package) that you know of? Most creative look and feel? (InVB
I'm considering whether to re-write or refresh an older software package that extensively used VB for its client side application. The Old VB client looks very 1998. What can VB do now as far as look and feel, or interface is concerned? Can it produce something very webby, like yahoo maps? Can it approach Mac-like fades and disolves? What are some good examples that can be seen? Related question is, what toolsets are available to update the older clients with a new look and feel? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Should I wait until after the "fiscal cliff" to invest?
It's always a good idea to buy stocks when their prices are low. The problem is trying to predict when that would happen. If the fiscal cliff happens, you can safely assume stocks will go down in value, so it would be smart to wait until that happens, and then buy stocks. But if the fiscal cliff is avoided, you can assume stocks will probably increase in value, or at least not go down, so it would be smart to buy stocks now. But nobody knows whether or not the fiscal cliff is going to be avoided... maybe it'll be clearer in a few weeks.
