All you need to do is consume less amount of calories that your BMR.That is all you need to do in order to loose weight. There are certain way by which you can do that.You can divide you overall meals in 4 or 6 parts (according to your caloric consumption) and have it in day.Ketogenic diet : The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, adequate-protein, low-carbohydrate diet . The diet forces the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates.Intermittent fasting : IF is not a diet, it is pattern of eating. In which you will be fasting for 16 to 18 hours of day and eating for 8 to 6 hours of day. This seems difficult in a start but as time will go you will find it more easy and efficient.I am not giving any explanation because you will find tons of things on google about them explaining in scientific details.So, this was about loosing weight/ fat. Now moving to your question. Suppose you loose 5 KG in a month by starving yourself (which is not good), what after that ? what after a month? My boyfriend (of 3 yrs) is going to Thailand for 3 months with his mate. Can i trust him to stay faithful?

We've been together for 3 years (living together for 2) and at the moment the relationship is a bit rocky. I asked if I could go with him and he just keeps saying he didnt want me to get into debt paying for a 3 month holiday (and that we'd irritate each other for 3 months) and he's already going with his mate. He's booked loads of internal flights and is claiming he's going for the sights and what not. He says "i'm not going to do anything, I don't wanna sleep with a diseased prostitiutes" and when i found messages in his phone from his mate saying "you can get a thai bird to do what you want for a whole week for £30...can't wait to get over there" he said he was joking (which i think is bullshit)
I'm being torn apart, i love him so much and i dont wanna leave him but i really don't feel i can trust him. even if i make him take an STD test it doesn't prove he's not done anything. His mate wouldn't tell me the truth if I asked so what am i meant to do? :-(

Can someone just throw you out of the house?

Sorry, I missed how long you have lived together / if the house is in her name... definately call an attorney listed as "free consultation" in the phone book. In my circumstance, once my things were in the house, the other person couldn't throw me out without giving me 30 days written notice, then go to court and file a petition for eviction which usually gives you another 30 days.

If the attorney agrees, an idea is to wait until she leaves and move back in... though if you've been gone a while it may be more difficult.

As far as shelters, open your yellow pages to women's services - mine had shelters listed.
