No. Counter Strike 1.6 and Counter Strike: Condition Zero are two different games. They may be similar, but definitely not the same. Counter Strike 1.6 is the last release of the original game which came out in 1999 based on the GoldSrc engine which was the heart behind the Half-Life series. There is a 1.5 version as well which not many people would even be aware of. And unlike Half Life series, Counter Strike isn't a story based game and hence cannot be played in a single player mode.Some stark differences between 1.6 and Condition Zero1. i am using windows vista ultimate....and i just installed cs 1.6 and it freezes or hangs after it has been connected to a server....it hangs or freezes at d place where i have to choose between t's and ct's .....i can only quit d game by ending its process in task manager....i realy need to play cs1.6 ...plzzz...heellpp...

But, will you face any consequences will depend on the country you live in. If you live in India, I doubt you will ever get caught as the authorities have bigger things to worry about in cyber crimes and even if they have a dedicated division for piracy, they will target movies, tv series first as the user base is larger.I don't think even in developed countries this is given that high a priority so you should be fine. I don't recommend this though. 15$ is a relatively low price which most people can afford and I think you should just save up and buy it if you want to continue playing it.
How can i put counter strike 1.6 in 32 bit color?
your processor bit rate has nothing to do with you color bit rate. First, what kind of video card do you have? Most all of them support 32bit color now, so with that being said...open steam, open cs, go into options, select 32bit color. the game is best played in opengl/32bit/800x600 unless you like 1400x900 which is nice for widescreens with screaming vid cards like my own.
Counter Strike 1.6 hack not working on Windows 7?
I have a CS 1.6 hack, the Leis one to be more specific, which worked fine and dandy on Windows Vista before I upgraded to Windows 7. I've tried Googling for answers for hours, but I can't find anything to help me. I've done compatibility troubleshooting, and that doesn't help either. The last thing I did to try and solve the problem was to run in compatibility mode for Vista, both service packs, and XP in all service packs. Nothing is working.

For Counter Terrorist:M4A1.It has a great recoil,does medium damage(20,30) and has silencer. For Terrorist:Ak47.It's recoil is low,does high damage,and it's cheap. Mp5 is has a HUGE recoil,but really low damage,use it only when you don't have much money.FAMAS(Clarion)is very good at long range,but you need to set it to burst-fire mode for that to work. Some good Pistols:Deagle-High damage,average recoil,but short on ammo. Usp:Pretty good damage,average recoil,huge on ammo,and silencer. Glock:REALLY bad damage,best recoil in game,and burst-fire mode,good for long-range,but no needed. In short:There is no best weapon in counter strike.Every weapon has his advantages and disadvantages.
Counter-Strike 1.6 sniper red dot help?
Hey i recently was playing cs and everytime i would click this message would appear in black: sunt un cacat de doi bani.. and them steam would crash and close. That problem is fixed. Now the problem is that the text (chat) is all black. my sniper red dot is not in the middle anymore.( PICTURE http://i976.photobucket.com/albums/ae250/kidrock123/csscope.jpg ) and major lags. My main concern is the scope. Black writting is nothing big Can anybody fix this? I tried crosshair 1 in console. Nothing.
Can I play Counter Strike on Mac?
To be honest, it all comes down to what MAC you have and what Counter-Strike version are you talking about. In my experience, Macbook's 2017 version can run CS:GO at a playable FPS but it doesn't really have the performance you might need to play really well. And in all honesty, that's because MAC processors are really high end compared to their GPUs, although I'd prefer that if you're spending enough to buy a Mac, why not just buy a Windows Laptop with an Nvidia Chipset?And do keep in mind, Macs don't have a heat vent.If you're wanting to play MOBAs like Dota2 or LoL, they work pretty fine and run greatly. Although, there's only one game that the Mac runs like a beast, that is Minecraft.If you're fine with a 50–70 fps performance, then definitely go for it!Cheers~saiko :D

i dont think i saw a response saying this yet so give this a try (it most likely will work) since you are using an nvidia card you should have the nvidia control panel installed onto your pc. Go into the panel and go to the tab saying "3d settings" or something like that and scroll down in the window and change the setting that says "vertical sync" change this to the option "force off" and you should now have over 60 fps.
