No, it's not true. Congress passed a law (The "Protect Act") which, among other things, made it illegal to produce or possess fictional images of child pornography. However, in two separate cases, the sections relating to purely 'virtual' images that would not be "obscene" under the law were the virtual participants adult were ruled to be unconstitutional. As a warning, though, in the second case (US v. Handley) Christopher Handley agreed to plead guilty to a lesser misdemeanor charge, in return for six months in jail (which was suspended so he never actually served it) and a lifetime ban on buying or reading comic books or owning a computer, after the FBI raided his home and declared that 23 of his 7,000 manga comic books and a half dozen or so of the thousands of Manga and Anime files on his computer were illegal. His lawyer believed that the comics and images were legal under the latest court rulings - but the US Attorney was in a position to drive him into bankruptcy from the cost of defending himself, so he was advised to take the deal, since it also specifically did not include sex offender registration. Air Force Off Base DUI punishment?
My brother recently got a DUI off base, he was also charged off base by civilian police. His commander issued him an LoR and stated that he was going to press for a general discharge. My question is, is this possible? He was never charged under the UCMJ and was issued an LoR for the incident, if it is possible how would the commander go about doing that? I am an NCO in the USAF and all of the troops under my supervision that have been seperated was because of an Article they received not an LoR

He registered them with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration as his own, and falsely declaring their mothers to be deceased and as such he was a single parent - He did it to have full control of the kids.One of his victims, a young Namibian girl gave an emotional story in court - she was young and on the lookout for opportunities. She then met that guy who promised to send her to the UK to get tertiary education. Unfortunately, like all the other victims, it was not all glory when she landed in the UK. She was told to sell herself in order to survive, she related. In addition, Moussongela also asked the young girl to take pictures of her “prostituting” and send them to him so that they can start a “prostitution” business in Namibia.Moussongela, married a Namibian widow, who had little wealth. She owned a private school and several houses. This guy blinded the woman with religion - he asked to send her to Canada for theology training, however as soon as she landed in Canada her passport was taken away from her - she was arrested and had nowhere to go. Her new husband organized all this, after he sent the woman in Canada he declared her dead and transfered all her wealth in his name. Although she was later located and sent back to Namibia she was too ill and died a few months later.He later took his step kids (the wife’s kids) and dumped them in South Africa to prevent them from asking questions or objecting him.These kids knew no one and had no place to stay.
