Could you create a thesis statement from this?

Gather your research. You have facts about the Daughters of Liberty supporting the Revolution, about them believing the Revolution would lead to more rights for women, that women's rights were less likely to happen without the Revolution, and what rights the women wanted.

What specifically did Abagail Adams mean by "women's rights?" Property rights, political rights, voting rights, marriage rights?

I would not mention Adams in my thesis statement. She would figure as content in the body of my essay.

Thesis statement:

During the period of the American Revolution, a women's political movement called the Daughters of Liberty aided the efforts of the revolutionary colonists in hopes of winning political and economic rights for women under the new continental government.

The body of the essay would expand on who the Daughters of Liberty were, what role Abagail Adams' role was in supporting women's rights, and how the Daughters of Liberty supported the Revolution. The concluding paragraphs of the essay would show the analysis of how this fits into this years theme (National History Day: Debates and Diplomacy in History, Successes, Failures, and Consequences*).
