Creating And Selling Children Books Good Or Bad Decision

What are good books about drop shipping?

Hello, As an owner of a few dropship businesses, I did not read any books when I began.  I jumped right in and made many mistakes and then looked for the info to correct the mistakes.  Years later I did read this book.  @What are good books about drop shipping? The Ultimate Guide to Dropshipping: Mark Hayes, Andrew Youderian: 9781483401829: Amazon.com: BooksMy suggestions for a Newbie, Set up shop on Ebay, which is key because its free to start and if you make any mistakes your not going to have invested lots of money in an ecommerce site.Find a supplier USA or China based and open an account.  Both have advantages and both have disadvantages.  USA suppliers tend to have better quality items but Chinese suppliers tend to ship worldwide and ship cheaper.  Chinese suppliers tend to have a better online ordering system while USA suppliers may want to do ordering by phone, email or fax.List products you have an interest in so you will enjoy the process.  Items that sell keep in your listings.  Items that do not sell, split test and modify to see if they sell or not. Source from different suppliers that distribute same product because very good chance your supplier will run out of stock.  You do not want to rely on just one supplier.  If you start cancelling orders on your customers this will affect you negatively.Have a file system for various situations.  Have file for your SHIPPING.  Keep track to make sure your products are delivered because many may be returned, not delivered on time and various other reasons.  You want to make sure your customer receives order on time and no claims are opened against you.  As well this will protect your money and help you receive a refund from supplier if you catch situation early.Customer service is always the last thing many people want to do.  Most want to just take order and get the money.    But,  you will be surprised at the returns good customer service will do for you.  Good reviews and repeat business are the benefits of good customer service.  Which is an upward spiral that will just keep making you more money.Lastly, Do not buy wholesale and dropship lists!  If you really want a supplier google and do your research , send out emails and make phone calls.Be prepared that you will have to accept returns and do refunds, its apart of the business.10.  After you have mastered this system it is time for you to open your own ecommerce website. These are the basics, if you have questions, I will do my best to answer.

What books would you recommend your children to read?

The 25 Freddy the Pig books—#26 is an anthology of Freddy's poetry—by Walter R. Brooks (best known for TVs Mr. Ed, the Talking Horse, (143 episodes, 1961-’66) which was originally a slew of 25 short stories, 1937–’45.) They focus on the adventures of a group of anthropomorphic animal inhabitants living on Farmer and Mrs. Bean’s farm in rural upstate New York and contain a fairly gentle pokes at American institutions; all the more remarkable in that they were written between 1927-’58: The bumbling Animal Bureau of Investigation run by Freddy. Mr. Weezer, the banker, whose glasses fall off every time someone mentions a sum larger than $10. The Margarine family of fox hunting, large landowners. A realtor who pretends he is a ghost and haunts houses when he wants the owners to sell. In Freddy Rides Again the sheriff lectures that Charles the Rooster will get a much stiffer sentence for pecking the face of a rich man than that of a poor man. [Mother Jones, October 1982]A review of Freddy and the Spaceship, said that it "offers wit, sound structural plotting, genuine character-humor, and admirable English prose". [Boucher and McComas, "Recommended Reading", The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction, January 1954, p. 95.]FREDDY should still be in circulation although with a new publisher, Overlook Press, (originally published by Alfred A. Knopf/Borzoi.) They are text heavy, not picture books; I think I read them around age 6–8.???

What are some reasons that Plessy v. Ferguson was a bad decision by the Supreme Court?

A great place to start would be with the lone dissent in this case --by Justice John Marshall Harlan.

For instance, here are a few key snippets [my summary in brackets]:

[#1 - goes against equal rights guaranteed in the Constitution (esp. 14th amendment), and against personal liberty]:

"such legislation as that here in question is inconsistent not only with that equality of rights which pertains to citizenship, national and state but with the personal liberty enjoyed by everyone within the United States...."

[#2 - abridges the personal liberties of citizens]

"The fundamental objection, therefore, to the statues is that it interferes with the personal freedom of citizens....If a white man and a black man choose to occupy the same public conveyance on a public highway, it is their right to do so, and no government, proceeding alone on grounds of race, can prevent it without infringing the personal liberty of each...."

[#3 - is a 'badge of servitude', which would violate the 13th amendment]

"The arbitrary separation of citizens on the basis of race, while they are on a public highway, is a badge of servitude wholly inconsistent with the civil freedom and the equality before the law established by the Constitution. It cannot be justified upon any legal grounds."

[#4 - the effect of poisoning relations between the races]

"What can more certainly arouse race hate, what more certainly create and perpetuate a feeling of distrust between these races, than state enactments, which, in fact, proceed on the ground that colored citizens are so inferior and degraded that they cannot be allowed to sit in public coaches occupied by white citizens? That, as all will admit, is the real meaning of such legislation. . .""

Meaning of moral sensitivity when referring to ethics?

the extract from the web page (below) discussing: Moral Sensitivity

Moral sensitivity Moral sensitivity is the ability to identify an ethical problem and to understand the ethical consequences of the decisions made. More specifically, it involves building a trusting relationship with the patient and responding to his or her perceived needs, establishing moral meaning for decisions made, expressing a moral motivation to act in the best interest of the patient, and modifying the patient's autonomy when necessary. This construct emphasizes that moral decision making within a provider-patient relationship is not always deduced from rational thinking or the application of moral principles—it is also an emotive process, part of caring (Lutzen, Evertzon, & Nordin, 1997). Moral sensitivity was derived from observation of practice and is believed to be important for an ethical practitioner, although the relationship between moral sensitivity and moral behavior (actions taken) has not yet been explicated

Why is Bethesda making so many bad decisions right now?

As far as I can tell, they’re trying to chase “success” of other companies.Someone in their management is trying to boost sales/profits and forgot what the company was originally famous for.So they’re trying to chase popular trends. That’s why they add “minecrafting” elements, pointless settlements building, and that’s why in the whole fallout 4 the only decent content is far harbor. They are also looking for ways to profit from fan-made mods, put them under their control, and make sure the mods are being destributed through their websites only. However, because “polish” is not what bethesda is best known for, those attempts to produce popular features almost always result in clumsy and broken products. It is well demonstrated, for example, by broken conveyor belts and undocumented logic gates from contraptions dlc. Figuring out how to keep a logic gate powered without connecting anything to it can easily take half an hour, simply because they never mentioned that gate snap to each other, and when they snap, they share power. Conveyor belts do not work when you are not present in location, they throw items in the floor, and if you pick someone from conveyer belt, the item can be remotely removed from your inventory by the belt. So, basically… they’re trying to increase profits, and in order to do that, they’re trying to become another Ubisoft or Electronic Arts. However, because they aren’t used to polishing their products, their attempts result in very poor experience. This is best illustrated by their interesting decision regarding mods. You can install mods. However, installing mods, disables achievements. In a bethesda game, where you’ll almost certainly need fan made patch just to make sure the thing simply work.I’m not sure who’s responsible for this mess (IIRC, one of original creatores of TES who’s also responsible for most of the TES books left the company), but I think Bethesda is about to seriously hurt themselves with the most recent decisions.

I want to create my own brand of clothes to sell online. How do I start?

Spend some time creating your game plan first before you even create your online site. Most first time sellers end up quitting after a few months because they don’t see the online sales come in after they build their online site.First of all, find out who you’re going to be up against as in your competitors. This will give you an idea on the amount of work and effort you’ll need to put in to sell your own branded online of clothing. The bulk of it would be on marketing and getting your brand out there via organic search and social media without spending on any ads until you’re making profit. You may only want to hold a certain number of stock for your clothing to test the market as compared to having a lot manufactured and then facing the dilemma that they’re unable to sell. Offer limited quantity first and if response is good, you can notify buyers of incoming stock later for them to purchase.List down all the categories and products that you plan on selling and have good product images with models. Clothing sells best when customers are able to see it being worn in real life by models.Determine who would be your target customers. Wholesalers? End users? Both?Work out your costing in terms of monthly subscription fee for ecommerce service provider. If you’re looking for one that does not charge extra for features that you’ll need, consider InstanteStore.Get a domain name that is short and easy to remember. Bear in mind a lot of shoppers these days prefer to browse, shop and and buy online.Make sure your online purchasing process is easy and straight forward.Pick a good payment gateway and check their transaction fees.Offer free shipping for customers who purchase above a certain amount and pick a sensible courier service.Ask for feedback from family and friends to test out your site before you launch it.Reward customers for giving you positive reviews and feedback.Selling online is a learning journey. Give yourself a year to work on it as there’s plenty to learn and tweak along the way.Hope this helps.
